Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. This was my first visit the the Plantation/Dixie Dr. Location in several years. We usually always go to the one on Oyster Creek Dr. On this particular visit we ordered online for the entire family for me to pick up. We received a notification through the app when our order was complete and ready for pickup. I drove over to pick it up. I gave them the order name & they told me that it was next up to be made. I said "oh... The app notified me that it was ready for pickup". Which wasn't a big deal, I wasn't in a hurry, I was just surprised we received a notification that our order was complete & ready for pick up. I kindly asked them about it & the clerk's response was "we have no control over that." I found this to be a very odd answer, so I dug a little deeper. I said "if you have no control over it, how does it know to tell people their order is ready?" He simply shrugged his shoulders. I then asked "does the system just guess on its own when it thinks the order might be ready?" He said "I don't know, I guess so". Now I was becoming a little irritated because I knew that wasn't true. Anyway, I have up asking and waited for my order. A couple minutes later, the same clerk said "we're out of steak and cheese, is there another sandwich you would like?" Ok - back to being irritated. "So not only did your system tell me it was ready, it assumed you had all the ingredients?" Another shoulder shrug. So I called my daughter to tell her and ask what other sandwich she wanted. She said Meatball Marinara. I hung up & told the clerk we would take a meatball sub. He said "we're out of meatballs too". Irritation growing. So I said "why don't you tell me what you DO have and I'll call her back. He did, I called, she said just forget it. So I cancelled that sandwich. He went back to making the order. Another couple minutes go by and he says "on the chicken bacon ranch, we're out of chicken, would you like a different sandwich? " Irritation at almost full maximum. I said " sure I'll take the steak and cheese". He didn't catch the sarcasm. I just told him to forget it & just refund the entire order, we'd do something else. He said "I don't have the authority to refund an online order". I said "well you better get on the phone to someone and get the authority, because I'm not leaving without a refund. It took about 20 minutes, but he finally got someone to help him figure it out. So... It became a...

I’m a Billionaire and I know a great place of business that will succeed. Subways in Brazoria County have a problem playing music too loud inside restaurant. It’s true, too loud and people can’t hear themselves. Stop all that and your music privileges will be taken away for taking advantage of others kindness. You came to work, not to a club. Practice on being a grown adult and welcome to the real world. Like anything, you will start from the bottom and with experience you will move up. Don’t let jokers at work influence you. Successful people eat healthy regularly, you will come across business men and women who will recognize your dedication and work ethic. You never know, things happen. You could be the next boss and get promoted. Summertime is a good time for you youngsters to get a part or full time job. Everytime I go here, they're always out of some items like the Jalapeño Chips or Steak for the Sandwich. Whenever I went here, there was only like 1 person working in the restaurant. I saw he kept hustling in taking orders, making the sandwiches, and also using the cash register at the same time. I felt so bad for the poor man smh. I even asked him "Hey Bro, Are you the only guy who is working here ?" and then he replied "Yeah, we were supposed to have another guy come in but idk where he's at."
There's also no manager in this store like seriously what the heck Subway, why are you treating your Employees like dogs smh. Only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the young man was...
