McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Ozark

This location is the absolute WORST. Just awful. The only reason I go to this location is because it's 5 minutes from home, but after tonight I'll drive the 10 minutes out of my way to go to the one on KK. They never get my order wrong, but this location does every time. I'm never coming to this location again!

I was too tired to cook after a long shift at work tonight, so I came here again and ordered my usual: a 2b (BACON QP), a pie, and an unsweet iced tea. Tonight, for the third time in the last month, ALL of my food was stone cold! The pie was cold but somehow still had raw dough in the crust, the entire burger was cold and SWIMMING in a pool of grease (which was so cold this time that it actually congealed and turned white in the corner of the box), and my fries were so cold they were almost rubbery. To top it all off, my burger had NO BACON on it for the third time in a row, even though my box literally said "BACON QTR CHEESE"!

Each time I've been here the employees are either engrossed in private conversations like they were tonight (all of which I could hear from my car, none of appeared work-related). Other times I've seen the younger workers horsing around through the closed window. None of these employees have any business serving food to people because they clearly aren't taking the job seriously.

This is how you get people sick! I threw away everything but the tea because I didn't feel safe eating it, particularly the burger with solidified cheese and congealed grease- I had no way of knowing how long it had been sitting out in a "warmer" that clearly wasn't turned on.

I am tired of these people that work at this place, this is now my 2nd issue with them not wanting to replace my items. Today I got fries that were over cooked, they were tough and most had a brown color. The male employees argued and said they would eat those, they finally did give us a new fry, but not before hassling us. Same male manager working tonight that was working the last time I had an issue, he made my large Caramel Frappe with 2 shots of expresso and it was not made correctly. I walked in to let them know it was nasty and they wouldn't remake it, so I went through the drive thru to get a sprite so I had something to drink and told the woman taking my money what happened, she had them make me a new one, he made it the exact same way as he made the first one, and he is a manager?? Seriously?? If I pay extra for 2 shots of expresso, it should automatically be put in a larger cup, I should not have to tell them how to make my frappe Everytime I go through the line, then they tell me they aren't allowed to mix my expresso into my drink!! Hmmm.. Camdenton and KK McDonalds are the only 2 McDonalds in the lake area that know how to make the frappes correct without being told to use a bigger cup and mix it together. The other day the female that made mine put too much ice in the mix and filled the cup so high she couldn't put my whip on it, then said I can't fit your whip, I filled it too high and laughed.. My son and I frequent this facility as it's not generally overrun with customer's but tonight my service was off. I witnessed over a 30min period a young employee being belittled by management and other employees. Yes, the young man not up to par and just wanted to leave but it is my experience that good management gives encouragement in a job well done as well as find faults and areas that need improvement. Tonight when I spoke with the shift manager to explain my displeasure in how this particular situation was handled with bullying , he provided excuses while I felt I was giving helpful criticism. I myself had the pleasure of working at a McDonalds many moons ago while I attended high school. It was and is with great fondness, all due to a manager that didn't put me or my actions down but lifted me up with kindness and guidance. I hope it was just an off night for all involved and that on their next shift they'll do things differently.
