Me and my father especially love playing arcade games specifically pinball. Dogpatch has one of the biggest amount of pinball machines in LOFO. We always go every year, and usually we have a lot of fun. But I would like to point out many things that could be fixed about pinball and other games in the location. Please set the chance to get replays lower. You’re missing out on a ton of money by giving away so many free games. If a game is not working, turn off the game or put out of order. Many games there are just left on with error screens. This is on other games but please don’t leave games on the settings mode for people to play around with. Too many games have been left like that. CLEAN THE GLASS. I can’t say this enough. The glass is always covered in fingerprints and smudging. Many ramps aren’t set up correctly and pinballs will be forced to jump out of there and down the drain. Not to mention many times we played balls got stuck in usually the same area. Today NASCAR was left on a screen saying open the coin door but was just left on. World Soccer was left open multiple days with a screen that said check fuses F114 and F115. I don’t understand why you can’t just turn the machine off or put out of order. Not to mention a quick Youtube video or Google search can identify where it is and how you can fix it. Red and Ted’s Roadshow has a problem with Red’s left eyelid, and both of their eyes should be closed when not in play. ACDC lower playfield is extremely dirty and needs a clean up. South Park has a ball stuck in a spot and broke the plastic and wasn’t replaced. Really, Ghostbusters is the only one that actually functions fine. Again, dirty. Kiss glass upper was cleaned but not correctly as drips from the spray was left and dented onto the glass. Even so, I hope you guys continue doing what you do, and hopefully improve. A lot still needs to be done, but i’m routing for you to grow your knowledge. And of course air conditioning. We will be back again next year to visit you guys again and hopefully you have improved and grow. Thank you for reading...

I feel like your response made things worse. I am not employed by your business. It is not my job to inform you when your machines don’t work. I’m there to have fun, not have to talk to a worker after each time I use a machine. I get you’re short staffed. Why not try out the machines before you open… Maybe try something else. The game you are responding about isn’t even the game I’m talking about. The stock the blocks game (probably called something similar to that) is an electronic game, you can’t take prizes out of it. Maybe if the signs aren’t working, try unplugging the machine or something else. The way your customers behave shouldn’t be making the other customers unhappy. I am very understanding about the temperature. I was nice about that and just giving other customers a heads up….
We tried multiple games that didn’t work or give you the tickets. Some of the games seem rigged too so you can’t win. All we ask is to put “out of order” on the game so we don’t waste a dollar! Stock the block game does not work and hasn’t worked multiple times since we’ve gone here but no signs up. I get the no AC. Just be prepared for it being hot. I love the old feel and...
Read moreThis place is a classic! Once you walk through the doors it’s like you’ve stepped back in time. The employees are kind, if something isn’t working they fix the issue as soon as they can and rectify the situation if needed. Come with $1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s, or save your quarters to bring with you. The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that the crane machines are almost impossible to win anything from (either because the stuffiest are packed in so tightly or because the crane arms aren’t strong enough to life the prize out). However, they do have machines that you can get most of the same prizes from by just entering the money (i.e. pokeballs, etc.). The way I see it is you visit this place for the experience (original skee ball machines in the back!), and not necessarily for the prizes. We had a great time and will definitely be back! (We did not have any experience dealing with indoor smoking as some of the other reviews indicated; it was raining one of the days we went - we went both days we were in the area. There were people smoking outside off to the side, not sure if it was employees/visitors, but the smell did not really carry to...
