LAKE SURF — Local services in Lake Ozark

My friend and I went to this shop yesterday, we saw their ad for henna. We were both very excited to get the tattoos. When we went to pick out the designs we wanted they were out of so many of them and had very limited options of their 200 something to choose from. The store says that the tattoos last 1 to 2 weeks and yet not even 24 hours later my friends is almost completely gone and mine is peeling away. We followed all directions given by the people there. My friend got an Aries sign for $10 and I got the flower for $14. These prices were not worth it at all. A complete and TOTAL waste of money. We both plan on going to ask for a refund because of how terrible this is. -10/10 do not recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service. I also do believe one of the staff is favoring females in the shop. Me and a few of my friends were in the shop, we all (had ice cream), the worker walked right beside the two females that we were with, came up to me and another male, and told us we had to leave for having ice cream. Also, i believe there may be a legal issue possible at this store. Here is the statement "unless you are selling authentic items. If you are drop shipping from Chinese manufacturers, you are selling fake products which can be seized and destroyed by the government and your company fined. My friends and I went shopping and were in the dressing room. The employee opened the curtain on us multiple times when we were changing. When we went to get another size, we noticed it was $5 extra. My other friend wanted to try on a dress and the employee said “our dresses run small” she held it up to her and proceeded to say it wouldn’t fit her chest. When my friend went to try on the dress, the employee said “you better not stretch it out” I tried to confront her because she had been disrespectful multiple times, she walked away from me. I tried to confront her again and she denied it. After my friend tried on the dress she said “oh I didn’t think it would fit, I guess the material is stretchy.” Please don’t support...
