Avoid the Lake Park Target at all costs. They are scamming you. Every single time you shop here. Without exception.

I have never shopped here without getting ripped off. Not once. If you absolutely must shop here, do not leave without checking every detail of your receipt.

They advertise sales on the floor, then that price does not scan at the register. Tonight I had a $2.00 Target coupon for toothpaste, bought the specific toothpaste and the coupon was not taken off. Two others were… but exactly the point. This Target will screw over their loyal customers at every opportunity.

I also had a previous gift card from a previous visit and if I hadn’t checked every single detail while checking out (obviously I wasn’t vigilant enough), that would have been missed too. Because their app is trash. Their sales are fake. And their employees could not care any less.

I live a good 30 minutes away. When I called to see if the situation could be rectified, the phone just rang and rang, then hung up. I tried six times.

I’ll now have to go all the way back if I want my rightful, yet ridiculous $2.00. Which will likely cost me more than $2.00 in gas.

This is one instance among dozens. Their merchandise is constantly mis-marked. You’ll be charged full price for something supposedly on sale. And the scam is that the amounts are so small, they bank on people not wanting to waste their time to go back and get what Target stole from them.

Customer Service at this location is a joke. And the Lake Park store itself is dirty and trashy. It’s essentially a store wide scam.

I used to do fairly big shopping trips at this Target. I now avoid it at all costs and only go for as few things as possible and only when I absolutely must.

Do not shop here. If you must, watch them scan everything and make sure they’re not ripping you off. They’re deliberately ripping off the people spending money here. They know exactly what they’re doing. When it happens every time you shop there, that’s no accident. This is their business model.

Again, I have never, ever shopped here without them stealing at least a couple dollars from me when they’ve advertised a sale and then not honored it at the register. This has been every single time I’ve shopped at this Target and I’ve lived in Palm Beach County for over a decade.

What they’re doing is not accidental. It’s deliberate. And they hope you won’t notice. You’re nothing more than an aggravation to those working here. The Lake Park Target is...

I just witnessed a white security guard racially profile a young black couple as they entered the store. He was coming down the aisle I was going up this couple caught his eye and mine. Mine due to the tattoo and great fashion sense, his because they were black so I watched. He watched and not discreetly as they selected vitamins, and then followed them as they selected paper towels. At this point I was beyond upset contacted the floor supervisor while he continued to stalk them. They bought water and then while coming out of the aisle I informed them they were being profiled. They went to the front to pay mind you not stealing a thing and I asked to speak to the store manager. I was told he was in a meeting with corporate I said perfect they should hear this. I was told to leave a message. I then said the GM could either talk to me or I could take it to the media. Still no GM instead a department manager. So I ask where is this coming from as it doesn't seem that the GM seems to care . I gave the information to the department manager and called customer service. I run a business and believe in diversity and inclusion and as a white male I am outraged at what I saw today. I am hoping that management sees this review because it seems this is the only way to contact you. After trying to call multiple times and being unable to find any other place to contact someone except calling, I am forced to write this review. My fiance and I are very careful with our money because we have young and need to be with little income. So when we order from Starbucks its a huge treat. We paid over 11 dollars for two drinks that were wrong, tasteless, and not completely full. Not only did she give him the wrong drink, but it was watered down and the wrong flavor, and left 2 inches of room in the cup. She also did not fill up my cup all the way and left the lemonade out of my drink. So we just paid 11 dollars for two drinks that taste terrible, didn't order, and not going to drink. What a waste of our time and money. And then when I try to contact someone about the issue, there is no way to do it except go into the store, when we are already miles away and we never go to this location.
