They didn't have a costume in my size, so they told me to buy a bigger size and they would order my size and let me know when it arrived. Never heard back, so I called a week or so after the day the order was supposed to be delivered, and they told me they couldn't find my size so I could come in to return the item. I drive back to return the item, but am told I can't get a refund because they don't accept returns. When I explain the situation to the store manager, she agrees to give me 50 % store credit. Since it's that or nothing, I accept. When I return a month or so later to use my store credit, they refuse to accept it saying they don't offer store credit so the receipt that I got (from them) must be fake. So, basically I gave them $75 (plus 3 trips' worth of gas to go way out of my way) for absolutely nothing. It's an absolute circus in there - no one knows anything. Don't...
