Subway — Restaurant in Lake Saint Louis

Shameful. For a nationally-recognized chain, you would come to expect some of the very basics when ordering a sandwich or other menu items from here. Let me give you some examples. Meatball marinara sub. You can have the sub and the sauce but no meatballs. Next let's discuss cheese. No swiss cheese whatsoever. Next let's discuss cheese. No Swiss cheese whatsoever. Condiments and dressing. Thousand island is no longer an option and barbecue sauce is no longer an option. For the place that is supposed to have everything under the sun available for sandwiches, run from this one! the girls behind the counter were friendly, But I was told about 5 things they couldn't do instead of what they could do. Save your money and your headache on this place folks. they only get one star because evidently they have worked very hard to get to this position....

2 weeks ago I got severe food poisoning after eating at this subway. I called them the next day to report it and was told someone would be calling me back. 2 weeks later and they never bothered to call me back. I have gone here weekly for years but after this lack of concern they have shown me I won't be back. Ill be taking my business to Jimmy John's! Eat at your own...
