2 stars because I didn’t get my French fries with my meal. I wasn’t informed of that there were NO FRIES until AFTER I checked my meal and saw none were there. When I ask about my missing fries, the man smiles claiming they just ran out, someone was on the way to go get some. I’m very understanding, although they should have been more prepared but for me to find out after I almost walked out without checking my food is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. The food here is always very good but today the service was not so good they sent me some food that I didn't order and they forgot some of the food that I did order but tonight idk where they got the delivery woman, Lakisha Gilbert, from because she was not pleasant at all in fact when they sent her back to deliver the rest of my order she physically attacked me and tried to push her way into my house deatrdest my decorations on my door threw food all over my front porch and also kicked over my decorations in my yard and then lastly she drove off when she heard me calling the police she texted my phone...

Unfortunately just had a horrible experience with them. Placed an order at 6:15pm and order (which we called and cancelled) did not show up until after 8pm after being told it would be delivered in 30 mins. We did not take said order because we cancelled after being repeatedly told it was 10 mins away. Whoever answers the phone needs to work on their phone etiquette because telling someone 10mins and just hanging up without an explanation is not how you do business.
