On February the 3rd, I arrived at chili's Grill & Bar between and around 5:45pm. I went to the bathroom in which needed cleaning. Tissue on floor, toilets needed to be clean, no soap to wash hands or paper towel/blower to dry hands. Informed the manager on duty. Took a seat waited to be called. Greeter called Peoples and took us to our table, our waiter was named Brenda. She took our order and I also placed an order, along with cocktails and appetizer. We ordered the combo with shrimps, steak and chicken. I asked that my carry out ordered be prepared for later. When the food arrived to the table the steak was fried hard and burnt but the chicken was good so I did not make a fuss. But when the carry out came before I could even start eating my sit down dinner I became annoyed because I felt rushed and the instructions was not followed. Instead of Brenda taking it back she asked that I keep it at the table so I did and proceed to finished eating my food. After eating and having another cocktail I gave brenda $140.00 For my food and tipped Brenda by giving her the changed. The bill was $130.00 and some change. Before leaving I decided to check my carry out. The rib combo that I ordered looked nothing like the picture but looked like someone else's left overs. A four Bone rib, garlic bread with three pieces of brisket meat a piece of burger burnt and hard with cheese as if someone bit into it and tossed it into the plastic clear container plus I got charged a $2.00 fee plus $18.49 for having the rib combo. The burger was not the one I ordered but when I open it up it had bacon, sausage, brisket and no burger on it. It looked nasty, sloppy and not well put together. This is something I would not have ordered. Informed Brenda and the only thing she was interested in making sure I don't forget to get my ice cream to put on my cake. In which was the best thing in the carry out. Asked to speak to the manager who never came. This made me upset because I spend a lot of money here at this Chilli and the food was terrible and the customer service was a disgraced At least you would have though someone would have listen to my complaint and Then redo my order. Everyone was busy at least to busy to listen to a unhappy customer. Instead it felt as if they were saying we got your money and service so you can leave and I dont care how you feel about our service. A Customer should always feel satisfied. These employees needs retraining. This evening I had worked 15 hours, and I was tried sleepy and exalted so I trashed the food and left. For the money I spent this was the worst place I had ever encountered. I will never come back and I will inform my friends to not spend their money here. Life is to short for non sense and the poor service I received was unsatisfactory and I was unsatisfied. I was duped this time but never again. This Chili Grill & Bar, EMPLOYEES Should be RETRAINED OR THE PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSES DOWN. I should have received my money back or at least they should have reorder my food to my satisfactory but instead I considered it as a LOSS and became EDUCATED with the STUPIDNESS OF POOR QUALITY OF CONCERN AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES HERE AT THIS CHILI GRILL & BAR.

My waitress was Shanise & she was very inattentive & lacked communication , I had to find her when I was ready for my order to be took . She also kept saying that we HAD to remind her which is confusing to me because isn’t this your job like write it down if you have too nobody wants to keep reminding someone on how to do their jobs . I ordered the mozzarella sticks as a appetizer & they were very good & fresh but I also wanted a triple dipper but Shanise took so long to come back I didn’t even want to order , she even took long bringing the drinks someone else had to help her out which is fine but the wait was TOO long. I was with 2 other people & because they still ordered I just ordered some fries while they ordered the 3 for me. They food came out before mine I waited like 10 minutes for them to come until I just requested a refund . The caramel skinned male manger told me his name with Bo, before him or Shanise even asked how I wanted my refund back they gave me a Chili’s card which I declined like yall didn’t even have the decency to ask and that is not how I paid . When I go over to Bo he assumed a wanted a cash refund & told me it’s common sense that I wouldn’t get a cash refund & that they don’t do those which is fine because again I didn’t ask for that . I didn’t understand how or why he was getting smart or an attitude when I’ve had terrible service & wait times . After I corrected him he had nothing to say , he didn’t take me email down at first so I had no one of knowing how I would get my refund . Read moreThis is by far the worst Chili’s I’ve been to! Let’s start with walking in the door, the manager was on her cell phone at the host stand having a conversation and did not acknowledge us coming in. So we go to the bar and seat ourselves at 2:00pm on 10/18/23. After sitting her for 3 minutes the bartender comes back and walks right past us and proceeds to attend to her other customers while telling them she is off work after they leave and refuses to service us. She along with a co-worker continues to walk past with no acknowledgment to us. I then asked her if there would be anyone to service us she looked at me and said “yeah they will be here soon”, so I asked her could we at least have menus. She said of course after she ignored us for 10 minutes. After sitting for a few more minutes I flagged the manager to come over and asked her if someone was serving the bar she asked if anyone had acknowledged us we told her no, we even told her she had not done so either. She looked at us like we were crazy and asked when did we walk in so we told her when she was on the phone in the front and she said oh ok instead of apologizing. She told us she would be back and at 2:15pm she walked over to us to take our order and gave us a glass of water. The bartender walked in shortly after greeted us as she was clocking in and asked how we were doing. This moment was a sigh of relief because every interaction prior to this was very disappointing.. I appreciate Kymara for coming to work as if she did not hate the place she was very attentive and inviting she apologized for our experience and let us know that she would turn it around for us so I thank her so much!
