Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

Place is a dump. First, the restroom says it's accessible but when I ask the lady at the front, she says it's not smh. Place is small, so if there's close to ten people waiting in line, you might have to stand outside. Back to the lady up front. She has an attitude. She's a fat black chick with Snuffleupagus eyelashes, not to mention Snuffleupagus size. When I got my order she just shoves it in my hand and doesn't say anything. I just grabbed it with equal force cause Im used to the B.S. Doesn't really matter. I won't be back. Customer service is very disrespectful and would not let the customers receive the manager name. The young lady has braids and a half braids in her hair. She’s short brown skinned it very very disrespectful and I would like to make a comment to upper management EEO whoever that this kind of contact is unacceptable for paying customers if the young lady do not want to work don’t come to work. The employee, first off she got my order wrong. And once I paid for my 10 piece, she took another 10 minutes fixing online orders. She cut her hand during the process and was on the line trying to stop her hand from bleeding, they had no bandages apparently, because she was using napkins. She proceeded to change her gloves with a glove that fell on the floor. I asked for a refund, when the guy stepped up I told him if he fixed my food I'll take it because I don't want her touching my food. I don't know if he took offense but I asked for mixed hot and mild chicken, what I received was all of the oldest chicken they had in the window.
