I was helping my friend with a delivery order. I asked the cashier if she could put the order inside a larger bag so that I could hold the bag. She had the bag taped down so that there was no place to grab the bag at the top. I almost dropped the bag when she tried to hand it to me. She took the food out of the bag, put it in a bigger bag and then taped it the same way. When I asked her if she could just put the bag inside of a bigger bag so I could hold the bag she walked away with an attitude. The manager, I assume, comes to the window and tells me that she's already given me two bags and she's not giving me another bag yet i only had one bag. I don't understand what was so difficult about the request. If you're going to put the order in a bag and then tape it to where there's nowhere for me to hold on to the bag, how am I supposed to hold the bag. I explained that I had to hold the phone and the customer's drink and the customer's order to deliver the order and that I needed to be able to grab the bag at the top. (July 7th), I came to the drive-thru at about 9:00 pm and asked for “3 strawberry swirl cones”.... the lady at the drive through HAD THE NASTIEST attitude! I specified that I wanted strawberry and vanilla, (cause I saw they also had chocolate, and I wanted to make sure my order was right) and with the WORST attitude she replied “that’s what a swirl is right?”.
