Checkers — Restaurant in Lake Township

I was helping my friend with a delivery order. I asked the cashier if she could put the order inside a larger bag so that I could hold the bag. She had the bag taped down so that there was no place to grab the bag at the top. I almost dropped the bag when she tried to hand it to me. She took the food out of the bag, put it in a bigger bag and then taped it the same way. When I asked her if she could just put the bag inside of a bigger bag so I could hold the bag she walked away with an attitude. The manager, I assume, comes to the window and tells me that she's already given me two bags and she's not giving me another bag yet i only had one bag. I don't understand what was so difficult about the request. If you're going to put the order in a bag and then tape it to where there's nowhere for me to hold on to the bag, how am I supposed to hold the bag. I explained that I had to hold the phone and the customer's drink and the customer's order to deliver the order and that I needed to be able to grab the bag at the top. Came late night from a business meeting before I got on my flight the lady manager tht runs the night shift was beyond rude and unprofessional she is a disgrace to the company’s management and image and I will do everything in my power to make sure that she doesn’t work in customer service anymore. Not only did I have to sit there for 20 long minutes arguing with the lady because she told me pull around to the other side while they made my shake then proceeded to tell her employee close the window on me even through the male employee was still trying to give me my order and I should say he had excellent customer service but he had to follow the orders of a loud and disrespectful manager that didn’t seem to care about the food that I payed for then proceeded to throw my bag out the window of the checkers I will not come back until...

I understand working on 55th is not easy, but when a friendly customer comes to the drive thru, you shouldn’t be rude... . (July 7th), I came to the drive-thru at about 9:00 pm and asked for “3 strawberry swirl cones”.... the lady at the drive through HAD THE NASTIEST attitude! I specified that I wanted strawberry and vanilla, (cause I saw they also had chocolate, and I wanted to make sure my order was right) and with the WORST attitude she replied “that’s what a swirl is right?”. I was shocked and completely thrown off cause I just wanted to make sure my order was right!
