Happy Homes — Hotel in Lake Township

Well, I found these properties with a Chinese lady manager thanks to a US Business called ICC Evolution! Better than a 5/6 Stars Hilton-like level! Of course this White House is not yet luxury-level like the Hilton Garden Inn (I appreciated Hilton also for business meetings, but they missed something), here the rules and the treatment she designed make you feel as you're in your own family home. You can REALLY Cook-County in your own terms and not like other hotels allow you to cook, IF they allow you. And you will find A SUPER 100% CLEAN ENVIRONMENT I've never seen in normal houses shared with other guests. That lady is obsessed with giving her guests the best staying-in-Chicago experience with no compromises on quality. An example of many ones I could do because also few things are important for you to stay comfortable in any Real Estate she manages, not only in Illinois or in the USA. The process she designed to keep the house clean even with some men inside (yes, usually men are dirtier than women when it comes keeping a clean environment, it is a fact anyone knows, she registered all on CD and I asked the ISO image because as business owner I like want to study the real estate US Business, I had a magnificent expert (and woman) in Chicago, I decided to invite her in Italy to teach also to Italians. I've seen once her real estate contracts on a Cloud Platform, really well organized lady and CEO, chapeau! She created some rule in order for anyone that access her properties to be Super respectful also for women that book a single room in this home, and it's work, that's why when a lady arrived (a professional arrived days ago) we made our best to implement the Chinese householder's instructions sent us also via WhatApp, and thank God and that Chinese lady that Beautiful Beautiful Woman founded a real clean environment, not only due to the cleaning instructions we execute as a daily rule, but only due to the EXtreme East Kai Zen Culture, a real BIG Culture me and Mohammad are absorbing fast, that is the secret, the Kai Zen, in fact she continues to improve us and the rules. My own experiences in other hotels say that a cleaning professional team isn't enough to ensure 100% clean for everybody, especially for women that are noted as SO much cleaning-obsessed by nature, I've experience about my sister and she worried when she travel and book a hotel, just because there are not so right educated guests, male guests, that leave the environment dirty without care for other guests that have to use the bathroom, the kitchen, the library etc, but also no care about the cleaning professionals, ok, they are the cleaning experts, but they are human beings like me and you and I've seen in other hotels that they can't clean monkeys' bull-sh*t too, even in 5 stars hotels, also if they are paid for that, they won't clean for them and they have 100% right. I wanted to add some example here because I've never seen in my life a so organized, resilient and pro-active householder, probably is all about the extreme east Kai Zen culture, she even replaced a Vileda pavement scrubber with another product that if you want to clean better your room by yourself, you need less scrubbing effort, you finish the work faster and better due to some design of the new scrubber that is more efficient, robust and so much better than Vileda, a moon in terms of Cleaning Comfort, I asked her what company produces that very useful scrubber but she said she brought to a Chinese shop near here, she also told me a link of social network shopping website. Also the library is very comfortable if you want to sit down and read your favorite books with 100% peace-of-mind. In the normal hotels it's not the same, many people go out and in the hotel each day, but the lease formula with related rules she designed make you to stay also for long terms, as in your home, even if you're a so called Online-Privacy-Protection-obsessed one, if you don't like monkeys that are curious about what you make online, if you watch US original Western Movies, your privacy...

First, the property is in an industrial area of south Chicago. The outside of the property was unkempt. The lawn was 10" high. There is junk in the yard. I texted 45 minutes prior to my arrival (at 3pm). I recieved a reply at about 3:40 stating check in is not until 5pm. Not a usual check in time. So I texted at 3:45 stating I had arrived. Waited out front for 10 mins, no reply. So, I went to the door where I was greeted by a rude young man. I told my story and asked if I could check in early. He said yes, as long as I gave a good review on google and on booking.com. I chuckled and said I would be happy to, but not until after my stay. He said no, either I give review now or I had to wait. But if I gave the review I could come in early. I said "Wow, very unethical. How about I just cancel." He went inside and a woman came to the porch. She introduced herself as curator. So I asked if she minded if I came in early. She reiterated that I had to give review first. So I asked her to please just cancel my reservation and I will drive back to Detroit. She said fine and she would refund me my money. At this point, the young man came out again in a violent manor, trying to intimidate me. I felt threatened and retreated to my vehicle. He followed. I thought I was going to have to defend myself. Don't stay here. I would not trust the neighborhood with a nice vehicle. Stay away. I have not recieved my refund as of yet. So I basically got in a situation, where I had to get out to Chicago due to an emergency situation with my daughter at the Chicago University hospital. Because she was still going to be in the ICU within the hospital rules I would not be allowed to stay with her overnight . I needed a quick place to stay and I came across Happy Homes. I wasn't sure what to expect because I'm extremely an out of Towner and I don't know the neighborhood. But the location and the price was so good I booked a room for a night. And I was under a little stress being in a big city and dealing with issues with my kid at the hospital. But I did need accommodations for one night. And now today I will be leaving here. I will say that the manager is extremely professional very polite he was patient with me because I was a little confused of the accommodations. However, once I got checked in my room was Private very pleasant clean I didn't really explore the house too much but the bathroom was very clean and overall it was very comfortable , and accommodating experience.And it got me through the night, now I can go back to the hospital, is my daughter is no longer in the ICU Thank...
