If I could give No Stars I would. BUYER BEWARE. My husband and I wanted to purchase a sofa sleeper. We put cash down and the rest on delivery( no installments). The sleeper didn't fit. I go to pick up my $300 that I put dwn of $800 only to be told they don't do refunds!!! There are No Signs Stating so whatsoever. The salesman" Mo" said signs are deceiving and every person should read their receipt. Of course we did. He then shows the extremely fine print in the very bottom of the receipt. What saddens me greatly is that unfortunately it's a business ran by my own people that I share close ties and culture and they appear to be taking advantage of certain Americans in certain neighborhoods predominantly Black and Mexican. BEWARE!!: Unfortunately my experience with this store was a NIGHTMARE. My account was suppose to be set up so that i would pay off the merchandise within the 90 days They delivered the wrong pieces and the furniture was delivered a month late at no fault of mines, the automated payments did not start until thereafter so needless to say the payment schedule that was initially set up did not pay the furniture off within the 90 days of me signing the contract which should have began after i received ALL CORRECT merchandise so now im stuck paying double what the furniture cost at $576.86 at month for 10 months. Im Also looking into filing a sexual harassment claim against one of the store owner calling my phone at 11:00pm at night clearly after normal business & texting inappropriate unwanted advances messages to my phone. BEWARE!! I will be filing a complaint...
