As an early bird eager to start my day with a hearty breakfast, I ventured into this charming establishment on a Tuesday morning around 9 am. Upon entering, I was met with a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful décor and a comfortable seating arrangement. However, my initial positive impression was quickly dampened by the lackluster service.
Despite the restaurant's apparent emptiness, it took several minutes for a staff member to acknowledge my presence and offer me a menu. Once I was finally provided with a menu, I had a few questions about the breakfast options. Unfortunately, when I inquired about the items, the waitress responded with a dismissive and impatient attitude, leaving me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
Despite the disappointing start, I decided to proceed with my order, opting for the breakfast combo. The presentation of the food was commendable, with each item arranged aesthetically on the plate. However, the flavors fell short of my expectations. The scrambled eggs were bland, the potatoes were undercooked, and the sausage patties were overly greasy. The most disappointing aspect of the meal was the waffle, which was surprisingly dry and lacked the crispy, golden-brown texture I had anticipated.
As I began my meal, I requested hot sauce to add some much-needed flavor. However, my request was seemingly ignored, as I waited for an extended period without receiving the condiment. I was forced to remind the waitress a second time, and she returned with the hot sauce, her demeanor now exuding a palpable annoyance.

It’s my usual order and I always ask for dressing on my salad. As I was asking for it some older lady I’m not sure if she was related to the owner or a waitress but she rudely asked what was wrong and told us “IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE.” She said this several times as we explained that the salad was just dry if we could have more. But she kept repeating the same thing saying that she would leave if she didn’t like it. We don’t mind paying for more dressing at all. We asked for it nicely to the waitress. But the older woman came so rudely towards us. The food wasn’t the issue we just wanted more dressing. She wasn’t even our waitress she just overheard us. Our waitress was so kind and kept asking if we needed something but that older lady was the issue. I would imagine that they care about their clients like they say in their Facebook post. Clearly that isn’t a way to talk to people. She needs to be more kind and humbled. She brought us the dressing but with the way she was acting it rude our experience. Read moreFood was amazing ! When we enter today (mother's day), it was a bit busy, but not overly crowded. The hostess was running around, looking like she was stressed. As she was walking by us, she told the customers "I’m so sorry, we're short on staff" . As a host myself, working in the restaurant industry for over 3 years, you should never say that because make you & the restaurant look bad. She told us it's going to be a 30 minute wait. As waited at the car, she called us in 15-20 minutes. When we got seated, we still waited an extra 10 minutes for a table. It's better for us to wait in the car for exactly 30 minutes instead of wondering where is our waiter. They should work on communication with each other. The hostess should give the servers time as they were running around. Yes, if there's an open table, it's great to seat someone, but the waiter are in a rush to get other people's food. Servers should ask who has what table. We told our waiter for crepes at the end and she said she'll wait until we finish eating. When we're almost done, we wanted to order them, since they take a while to come out. We asked another server and wrote it down. Our original server was confused and have to figure out what to do.
