Not a place to apply for a job. In my opinion I feel like it was a waste of time that I applied at this location. I also feel like they should take down their Now Hiring sign. I wasn’t even given a proper thank you for applying. I was just told a simple sorry and to have a good day. I had experience at a different location but I feel like it didn’t matter in this location if you had experience. I would be careful applying in this location. You can possibly get turned down even if you have experience. I feel like the manager at this location didn’t even look at my application and moved on to the next person. The manager made an employee tell me that it was full instead of telling me herself. Very unprofessional. Great staff and all (Not including the manager)but not a place to apply for a job. I You have a 1% chance of getting hired. They will most likely tell you that it’s full and not giving you a proper thank you that you applied. I would think twice before applying at this location. You are better off applying elsewhere. I was left on Hold for almost 20 minutes before I was told that it was full and there were no positions available. I would actually apply somewhere where your time will actually be valued and you will be given the proper thank you for your time with applying. If this experience ever happens to anyone else. I would report them to corporate. I should have done that after the situation...
Read more( edit: it’s been more than a year and dominos refuses to give me a refund. Even corporate won’t communicate with me about my bad experience, it seems like dominos is a company that doesn’t care about customers just taking their money)
I have usually had a good experience with this dominos but the last experience with them was so bad that I had to write about it here. I had my phone stolen and tried to order pizza through the website, even though the instructions said to knock on my window the delivery driver just didn’t deliver my pizza I’m guessing bc I couldn’t pick up my phone. I ended up having to walk to Dominos to get my order. Despite how much they screwed me they refused to give me a refund bc I had gotten the food. Yes but it was supposed to be a delivery not me walking more than a mile to get my pizza an hour and half later. It’s next week and I still have no received a refund (Edit: just spoke with someone there today, they refused to give me my money back only the delivery fee. The management of this place is greedy and...
Read moreWe were about 25 minutes away and decided to call in our pizza order in hopes it would be ready or almost ready when we arrive.
I called this Domino’s on 4323 S Ashland in Chicago to order a takeout pizza the young lady (that answered the phone spoke Spanish looks to me like a restaurant would have English and Spanish speaking customer service representatives ( I really believe she spoke in Spanish on purpose, when we arrived it was the same voice) The manager apologized and told me her name Jennie she would be ashamed representing a bilingual establishment one sided.
Its discouraging and really bad on the institution that the young lady could not take the order so now we have to go in and hopefully find someone that speaks English to help us when I order could’ve been me sooner and we could’ve paid and picked it up and running so the one star is because I have to give a star but really they deserve...
