Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

Man when I say I love this Dunkin’ Donuts… first off the staff are wonderful and very delightful. Adrian who I may believe is a shift lead is awesome!! He goes above and beyond to help his customers even his Uber drivers such as me.. he very dedicated and definitely has his team focus and lively.. The employers need to hire better workers, classier, less "ghetto", more presentable workers. I don't need to deal with the smug attitudes (because fyi, you work at a Dunkin Donuts, nothing to be smug about). Get some manners. This especially goes for the girl working tonight, the one with the horrendous arm tattoos, nobody wants to see those. Every time I go, a worker has an attitude for NO REASON. I wanted to give this Dunkin Donuts ZERO stars, I NEVER had a issue at this particular Dunkin Donuts until recently. I ordered a coffee at the drive thru I realized the coffee was cold once I drove off, I went back to the drive thru and stated the coffee was cold. The young lady at the window along with the other female staff were rude, they mocked my statement by repeating it several times laughing with the store window open. I requested my money back!
