Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

Last weekend I went to this location around 8:20pm. Online states is closes at 9pm. All i wanted was a wake-up wrap and a chi latte with shots of expresso. He told me that everything was shut down for the night. I was too mad to argue and I drove to the next location that was open later. Note there was another person in line behind me in the drive thru that left too.

Out of curiosity at the second location, I asked what time they shut the machines down. She said it was policy that they have to remain on until closing time.

I have gone to the dunkin on SW Highway before. They get my coffee order wrong more often then not. But that night I needed the boost for my 2 hour drive.

Dunkin on SW Highway needs to look into whoever is closing. Clearly they don't want to...

Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. First thing the worker said was what do you want. I ordered a large caramel cappuccino blast with no whipped cream in the drive thru. The older man that took the order was the one at the window. While I was in the drive thru I noticed that the car in front got the same drink or so I thought. When I pulled to the window the guy said he gave the drink to the car in front (which had whipped cream so they made the drink wrong awayway) and told me I can’t reorder/order at the window. He said no to making the drink there even though HE was the one that messed up. Absolutely worst customer service from the old man. Not coming again...

The worst!!! Super rude! The lady taking the order told us she did not speak Spanish when we got to the window when we were clearly speaking English she didn't even let us get two words out before she said that. We told her they were missing one of our coffees and a bagel. She rudely said to move out of the line that they would bring it out.
