Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

If I could give lower rating I would but this feature requires at least a 1-star rating. I work within walking distance of this DD which is extremely convenient if I want to pick up a bagel or a coffee from time to time. This morning I was very early for work and decided to stop in for a bagel but the manner in which I treated has lead me to reach the conclusion that I will never go back to this DD again. I was the only customer in the store, I ordered a bagel with plain cream cheese, and after watching the three DD workers moving about to fulfill drive through orders, I inquired about my order. One of the workers, who had on a head set and was fulfilling orders for those in the drive through said, "your order is over there" and pointed to a far end of the counter blocked by a small partition. This is the 1st time going into this store where my order was not given to me, so I asked why I was not informed that the order was ready and the employee stated, "I called your name three times, if you weren't on your phone you would have heard me" however, that statement could not have been true because I never gave my name and I maintained eye contact with the employee to ensure that I could get my order to ensure that I arrived to work on time. I explained that it was a false statement and how rudely I had been spoken to. I will follow the guide of my other co-workers and go to the DD location on 95th and Western, the selection is larger and reportedly they treat you better. I believe that good customer service is a basic and foundational service and if you can't get that right, I would rather take my money...

On Sunday 10-12-2025 My Daughter wanted some doughnuts, and upon going there it was sometime around 6p.m. that Me and Daughter who is 11 years old was Turned away, I felt Discriminated that I was REFUSED SERVICE, And I dont know why I was REFUSED SERVICE, I'm from The Suburbs and out there, Doors isnt Locked THIS EARLY AT ALL during This Time not even on Sundays in my area and Businesses closes earlier in the Suburbs then the City, So thats how I know the Dunkin Dougnuts on 79th and Western Near the Bus Terminal DESCRIMINATED AGAINST ME AND MY DAUGHTER WAVING THERE HANDS TOWARDS THE DOOR, He LOCKED THE DOOR WHEN HE SAW US WALKING UP😡, But yet I saw they were still Serving other customers, It's Ok I DONT LIKE DUNKIN STALE AS DOUGHNUTS ANYWAYS, I Prefer a Real Pastry Bakery Anyways or Krispy Kreme, I ONLY WENT THERE CAUSE OF MY DAUGHTER, I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THE DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS FRANCHISE ANYMORE and My Child Told me she Never want dunkin Again How we was Treated, Glad they didnt get a dime from me, and I will KEEP...

Food...,Donut's, were the usual mass produced no longer made onsite carbs and sugar. The donuts were much better when they were made onsite at individually owned and operated Dunkin Donuts. The donuts were borderline stale, hard, definitely NOT FRESH! The service was quick and professional, no additional personality thrown in for good measure, just the run of the mill, routine strangers interacting in a public venue. No one was rude, but there was no personality or charm involved in the interaction either. I was in and out in no time flat, but then I went inside, because the drive-thru at this location is unfathomably long on weekday mornings. Will visit again in a pinch, like getting gasoline, it's in route and I don't have to go out of my way, but I will probably skip the donuts, they were not worth the $16.00+ for a dozen rocks with...
