I am very pleased the way I was treated not all dunkin' donuts have such great customer care and treat customers the way they are supposed to be treated they were not rude, no attitudes end very friendly they got my drinks right and we're very helpful I honestly recommend this Duncan donuts I know all franchises and other restaurants and so on have great customer service however there are many who don't and it's sometimes not even on the workers it's on the managers or supervisor I go to dunkin' donuts about six times a week sometimes twice a day so you can say I spent a great amount of money there and I would expect for it to be treated like a human being and have my drink made the way I asked there are a lot of them bad obnoxious and if they mess up on a drink don't add stuff that you paid for it to be on there they get upset this is not the case for this Duncan here as I said before I went to so many different ones 50% of them are pretty rude obnoxious and don't pay attention to directions or how you want your drink or treat if we are paying for a drink and we are asking for specific items that we are paying for to be put in there they should be so like I said it this one is one of the good ones I would...
Read moreWorst Dunkin I have ever been too. I don’t write reviews but really needed to share. I went to this Dunkin because I was in the city getting my hair done. I love in Plainfield IL and go to Dunkin every morning for coffee. I hadn’t had coffee this morning because I was rushing to the city for my hair appointment. Make a long story short, as I was arriving to my appointment, I stopped in to grab a coffee. I ordered my coffee and a donut. The cashier (an Indian) places the donut on the counter and processed to make my coffee. I look into the bag and grab the donut. I take the donut out of the bag and break it in half and noticed that the donut was stale. The cashier walks up to give me the coffee and I ask for another donut because the donut was stale. She yells “you touched it” I ask her “What does that mean? She says you touched it and refused to give me another donut. She walks away speaking in another language and got the manager. She has no respect for the customers,has a bad attitude and definitely doesn’t like her job. Went in there today to get 2 iced coffees and asked to put whipped cream on them when I get to the drive thru window they didn’t had the whipped cream I told her to put some so she got upset and grabbed the coffee back super mad when she gave them back I put the money on the inside of the window because she didn’t reached out to get it because she was MAD for adding my whipped cream which I payed for. She closed the drive thru windows without giving me my receipt and straws so I wait until she opened up the windows again and she says what do you want know so I asked for the manager and her reply was I don’t know.
