BEWARE!!!! DELIBERATELY TAMPERS WITH DRINKS AND MESSES ORDERS UP!!!!

There’s a short lady in her 20’s she looks to be Arabic! She wears her hair in a bun! She usually works the register and prepares orders! I would love to give her name but; I can’t because she never gives a receipt! She deliberately messes peoples orders up! She does this on a daily basis! I’ve had several encounters with this young lady! She adds things in my drink that have no business there! She never gives what I ask for and I always always have to repeat myself! Why am I repeating myself? She still screws the order up! This is the dunkin donut which supplies my community! If the workers have a problem services this community, your establishment doesn’t need to be there! She acts like a racist! I’m not the first person to encounter this! Somebody needs to look into this store! And they lock the lobby at 5pm what’s that about??? I’m not gonna stop complaining until you get her out of there! The Guys There Are really aggressive especially the one with the kiss tattoo on his neck he says his name is damien but that’s probably a lie so i walked in going straight to the washroom before i could even get half way there they weee screaming at me we don’t have any public restroom so i told them you don’t even know if i’m coming to the counter after i had to use the washroom and their customer skills should be better and then damien yelled at me so what don’t come back in here we don’t care so i said i’m going to call in on you he said he didn’t care call nothings going to happen to me and this happend yesterday around 3 or 4 he need to be fired asap with that aggressive attitude and the only reason why he calmed down was because my co worker who was a man stepped and said something who was at the counter at the time can some please get back to me on this matter please...

TERRIBLE customer service is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ❗️I wish I read the reviews on this place before I spent my money on a Oreo Cappuccino Blast❗️It was made of mostly ice 🤨 and the guy working there Saturday, JUNE 9th 2018 at approximately 5:40 p.m. could of cared less about me showing him the chunk of ice in my Blast which was a little more than 35% of my drink. He told the guy behind the counter with him to only replace the amount that was left don’t give her a full cup. I told him I was gonna rate his service online and that the customer service was horrible. It’s a good thing the guy behind the counter didn’t listen to him and instead made the Blast better than before.
