I always loved to order cakes there because they were delicious. I ordered a cake not long ago for a baptism. Cake was amazing went back to order one exactly the same and they wanted to charge me triple what I paid. And when I questioned why if the last cake was not that expensive they accusing me of lying. That they had never made that cake there. I was very upset for being told I lied about a cake I purchased there and instead of appreciating I always buy cakes there and I am a loyal customer they laughed in my face and accused me of lying. I love their cakes and sadly I will have to find a new place to purchase cakes due to their horrible...

Horrrrrible!! If I could rate them 0 stars I would ! I ordered a cake for my sons birthday (toy story themed) I ordered from the book they have in the front ! Nothing like the picture ! I talked to the "guy that made it" horrible customer service! He was trying to blame me for all the mistakes HE made!!! Dont waste your time with ordering...

The lady said $80 for a large cake and When the total came out she said $97 and change. I asked why & she said $90 was what she had said and she already charged me, we started going back and fourth she starting laughing . This threw me off as we always come here for cakes.
