My husband and I are so incredibly lucky that another photographer connected us with Jasmine, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone! From the moment we met her, we knew we wanted Jasmine to photograph our wedding. She is not only extremely talented, but she made us feel so comfortable which was evident in our pictures. Her photos captured our day perfectly - there were so many candid moments of the two of us, our wedding party, families and our guests, as well as beautiful artistic shots of the day and our church and venue. Jasmine was dedicated, diligent and organized throughout the entire process - from spending an afternoon getting to know us while taking our engagement photos to suggesting great shooting locations to almost instantly responding to any and all emails and questions to handling last minute changes to our wedding timeline to keeping track of all of the photos we wanted taken throughout the day to jumping across Chicago traffic to get the perfect shots of our wedding party to getting us our photos in under a month of our wedding. She also connected us with our videographer, Eric Floberg, who was similarly amazing. It was such an added bonus that they worked so great together! We love Jasmine!! We got married in downtown Chicago in September 2015 and are so glad to have worked with Jasmine for our engagement and wedding photos. We actually met Jasmine prior to getting engaged because my brother and sister in law used her for their wedding pictures the year prior. As soon as I saw her work, I knew I had to have her for my own wedding. I have a background in photography myself and knew I wanted the more photojournalistic style of pictures. I loved the look of her work and knew she would be able to capture everything we wanted.

Fast forward to our engagement session - she was fabulous. We did a number of different locations as well as an outfit change and she was able to get us so much variety within our timeframe.

As for our wedding photos, I could not have been happier. With her assistant she was able to capture every single facet of our day from an organic and natural perspective. Her work really showcased all the joyful emotion of the day. She even grabbed us during a break at dinner and suggested we walk down to the Magnificent Mile for some night shots, which was something I hadn't even asked for or thought of - they are some of our favorite pictures! Jasmine was by far my most favorite wedding vendor, and worth every penny. She had an extremely quick turnaround for getting pictures back, and it is clear she took so much time and focus on editing each one. For someone with a very specific vision, and borderline obsessive Pinterest board, she exceeded my expectations. I had the hardest time deciding which pictures to put in my album because I loved EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

She has a way of capturing the perfect light at just the right moment. For both engagement pictures as well as the day of the wedding, she is a great balance between being a "fly on the wall" capturing authentic moments, and being assertive enough to get a group of rowdy groomsmen (and family members) to focus and take pictures. She will do anything to make sure photos turn out perfectly. She LITERALLY stopped traffic on the LaSalle Bridge to make sure our group photo turned out right.
