Fon Fon Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Lake Township

My most recent visit was very disappointing. Normally their food is very good and reasonably priced. I had a taste for the chicken wings which I never order but had a craving so I ordered some. I called in the order so I wouldn't have to wait. I got to the restaurant and no one took my order for at least 5 minutes. Finally someone greeted me and took my order. I was told the wings weren't ready. I checked the menu to make sure I had my payment ready when my food got ready. I waited another five or ten minutes then my food was finally ready. 6 wings came and I was charged $6.35. I was surprised that I was being charged over a dollar a wing. Paid for my order and went to my car and hurried home( less than a 5 minute ride). I got home thinking Damn these wings better be good for the money...they were not! I purchased a rather large order today for a late business dinner. Everything was horrible. We ordered an xl mushroom fried rice, xl shrimp fried rice, sm. Vegetable egg Foo young, sm. Beef and broccoli and 6 egg rolls. The meal came with a free sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was so hard they felt like greasy rocks. The beef was slimy and had a sour taste to it, the rice tasted burnt or like it was cooked in dirty grease, the egg Foo young gravy tasted like Campbell's can gravy. It was just horrible. I've ordered from this restaurant for three years and the food has always been good. I think they have a new chef since the city reopened because my order chicken with mushrooms , which usually comes with sauce didn't have any in the container.
