Harold's Chicken Shack #52 — Restaurant in Lake Township

Absolutely the worse service of all the Harolds! I called about 15 times(No exaggeration) on Sat 2/23/19, she let the phone ring off the hook! By the time I pulled up there she finally answered the phone, with that stank unprofessional attattitud! I go in and STILL had to wait 20min for 4 wings! 4 wings!!! This was for my 91yo grandmother but I told her never to ask me to get her food frm there again! Owner/Manager...you need to get some new employees STAT!!! I arrived a 4:50 pm today and made my order at 4:55pm. I didn’t leave the restaurant until 5:52pm. Not only that, what I ordered which is a 16pc bucket of chicken that usually comes with a order of fries didn’t. When I asked the cashier where were my fries she told me they come with fries with an attitude. Needless to Amaya I’ll take my business somewhere else.
