JJ Fish & chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

Yesterday I was pick up order for one of my customer i wait for the order the lady that work at jj fish told me it would be 10 minutes for the order.I wait over 20 minutes I asked the lady at jj fish is the order ready she said yes. My customer order been ready for over 10 minutes why lady jj fish tell me when the order was ready.2 0r 3 people order was ready when they came in to jj fish and they place order on phone.the lady jj fish was on phone all day while wait for my customer order. Why guy who own place allow this mess go on that why i grade this restaurant just a 1 star it likegoing to...

Great! FANTASTIC! I've been in Chicago a couple of weeks now and have returned to jj's 3-4 times to reorder their catfish and fried chicken dinners. Every time we bring these delicious meals home our relatives and friends always seem to never want anything while reaching in the bag at the same time helping themselves to " just a piece" of fish and fries or chicken and fries. So you know how the story goes....we find ourselves running back to place another order :)...believe me when I say, "it's well worth it !" But you have to check them out for yourself and let me know...

My family and I have been going to this establishment for approximately 20 years. The food is good most of the time, but the CURRENT CASHIERS, to my family and I have brought the quality of their establishment down. They have a nasty, mean and jealous disposition. The previous cashiers were pleasant.

I have witnessed one cashier berate customers. A family member witnessed the other cashier's rudeness. Why would the establishment allows someone to represent them? My family and I will go elsewhere for good food and RESPECTFUL...
