Where do I start?
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I felt extremely uncomfortable entering the main building because people were standing outside and I had to move to the side to enter the building where I encountered a friendly, yet, uninformed young employee who provided contradictory information. Basically, he didn't know answers to my questions, yet continued to provide b.s., wrong info.
The flags hanging above the pool makes the place look small, dark and dirty. The so-called lifeguard (older man) looked bored, overweight, and anxious to leave.
When entering/existing the pool's maim door there is an unkept 'garden' where the person placed tarp on top of the soil to kill the weeds. Tall weeds are everywhere, empty buckets thrown everywhere, and the person never weeded, fertilized, watered, or placed flowers/vegetables in the area. The area is an embarrassment for the entire park and neighborhood.
Why was that person given space to create something beautiful, yet, neglects the area?!!? C'mon folks, let's do better.
I felt very uncomfortable there and almost ran to my car. Less than a minute later, the older lifeguard was getting into his car. Thus is when I noticed he is out of shape.
