Worst customer service ever! The wait was 20 minutes from start to finish and you weren't even busy. There was only 3ppl in the lobby and you guys acted as if everybody had to attend solely to drive through. I'm a chef whose worked every facet of this industry, which includes fast food so I know what I'm talking about. Then the guy with locs who took my order at the register and had an attitude. Sooooooooooo no, first and last time I will be a patron because all I needed to do was use the bathroom and knew I had to buy something. Had I known I'd deal with this, I would've gone to McDonald's cause at least I know what to expect. Read moreMy experience at White Castle, last night, September 15, 2020, around 10:30/11:00 p.m., was very inspiring and rewarding; my wife ordered Fish Nuggets and Onion Rings; we were given the Senior Discount, we paid and drove away. My wife started to eat, she discovered that she was given Chicken Rings instead of Fish Nuggets. We drove back to the White Castle at Halsted and 111th Street, informed the servier, a young female of the error to my wife's order; without hesitation and very professionally she gave us the the Fish Nuggets and we drove away. Read moreI don’t mind long wait times in the drive-through but I tried to call and just to make sure that the drive-through is working since there was one person in front and one person in back of me and they answered the phone and then they hung up the phone, so I’m not really sure what’s going on. Someone did walk out of the building and then walked back in after checking some thing. I’m not sure what may be a garbage can. Just a little more communication would’ve been appreciated. I would’ve been happy to go into the lobby if need be, even though it’s 3 AM.
