Mariscos La Diabla — Restaurant in Lake Township

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! So I had a Groupon worth $60 and decided I called it in to order some langostinos and a plate of camarones a la diabla because that’s all I was able to get with that much money. Yes, 2 plates totaled to 60 plus 8 out of my pocket the lady said when she took my order. I clearly asked the person whom took my order if the charola” was big for 45? Because that’s how much the langostinos were. She stated “yes! Ok so I ordered. To my surprise I get to the place and she gave me my order and took my voucher from Groupon. I then realized that the order was in 2 very small containers. Nothing worth the amount,quality,or service that was stated to me. I asked to speak to the mgr. and she stated he was in the back cooking. I told her what was the difference between a plate and a charola aside from the big price difference? since the plate comes with rice and a salad and fries and this didn’t. I was very mad. We are in quarantine I don’t want to leave my house to get the food but I gave it a chance. And to my surprise everything was wrong. The manager never came up to the front. He never gave me my refund or Groupon or compensated me with another plate or anything. Til the day I haven’t received a call back from the owner. Dirty place,no good customer service and rude lady on the phone acted like she was the owner. Never again will I go back,I rather loose my Groupon and get some satisfaction from the BBB for these...

Ordered Camarones Momia, 2 asada tacos and a camaron and pulpo cocktail. At $18.99 Camarones Momia were a total disappointment, the shrimp were tiny and did not had any cheese inside, the rice was tasteless (no salt or condiments, just plain boiled rice). At $7.99 asada tacos contained about one taco worth of onion when I asked for plain tacos, the rice was tasteless and meat was of inferior quality and almost seem like crumbs from the bottom of the pot (greasy). At $13.99 it contained a decent amount of octopus and shrimp, the cocktail sauce was pathetic since it just tastes like a bad ketchup, crackers taste bad, the only thing I like were the tostadas which this restaurant couldn't mess up since they just need to open th tostada package and place them with your items. Tienen mal servicio e comido aqui varias veces y en todas esas veses me e enfermado la comida es un asco las enpanadas estaban crudas las pedi 2 veses y me las sirvieron crudas, ordene un coco relleno y era como si ubieran decidido llenar el coco con mantequilla y deretirle un poco de queso ensima. Te cobran de mas y no te dan recivo abeses para poder chequear los dueños son groseros. Te roban y estafan.

They have bad service I have ate here multiple times and all of those times I've gotten food poisoning I think their food spoiled or I dont know but the time I ordered the enpanadas they were raw not cooked well and I asked for them to change them or cook them well both times I got them back raw I also ordered a filled coconut and it was like if they had shoved multiple sticks of butter in it and melted it with some cheese it was disgusting.
