McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

This McDonald's ruined my day. After ordering from the drive thru, there was a fifteen minute wait for the car in front of us. Once we were finally up to the window, we got our order and the fries were nowhere close to warm. So we ask for some hot ones and were told to pull past the window to wait for them. After another 10 or so minutes, we just decided to go inside to get our food. While in there, might I add, I went to the bathroom, and surprise!...The hand dryers don't work. So finally, after much confusion and many mixed up orders, we finally got our fries and thankfully they were hot this time. So after we were on our merry way, I picked up my drink and spilled it all over the car due to the idiot at the drive thru window not placing the cap on correctly. Also, when asked what the holdup was, she tried to act like she couldn't hear us, hoping we'd just forget about it. On another occasion, they refused to observe our coupons, but I won't get into that. Overall, a very unpleasant experience at this location in many different ways on more than one occasion....

Garbage location.

The two hispanic females behind the counter(one who could barely speak English) took my order totaling almost $20 off my card and gave it to someone else when I sat down to wait for it.

To add insult to injury, they then claimed I wasn't the one that made the order, and if I paid with cash, I would have been clean out of 20 bucks, and when I presented the proof that it was me that made the order, they didn't even apologize.

If you for whatever reason decide to eat here, stay quick on your feet, and if you see these two, I recommend walking right out.

They're either woefully stupid in not remembering a customer whose order they just took mere minutes ago, or they're flat out dishonest.

Either way, that exchange made it clear I wouldn't recommend this McDonalds to anyone. There are tons of better places to grab a bite around the area and stuff like this...

Return frequently in Dec &Jan 2019-2020 nice stop across from the CTA bus terminal.Good counter help and a senior coffee offers a lower price than any on the area !

After 2017 visit, returned Nov.2019 to restaurant and was diappointed that the sports memorabelia no longer displayed in the center of the restaurant. The staff remains polite and the fare is in line with that of the restaurant's choice. great location to travel further south on western or East/west down. 79th .2017 visit to the location included great sports memorabilia. Some H.S. trophies and award photo remain but the location is S. of St.Rita high school adjacent to a bus terminal. The theme of the McDonald's included trophies and valuable sports memorabilia.Good to see the place remains...
