OMG!! Where do I begin. I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and the service has never been this horrible. First of all, the line was horrible and moving very slow. After sitting in line for at least 15 min, my husband gives the cashier his card and she said It declined. We were shocked because my husband had well over the amount in his account to cover the order. After trying the card 3 times we decided to get out of line and go to the ATM across the street to get the cash to pay. After returning and getting back in line and waiting another 20 min, we finally pay for our order and go to the pick up window. Once there, the young lady asked for our receipt and said she accidentally deleted our order. We gave her the receipt and she asked us to pull over in a parking spot while they prepare our food. We waited only about 5 min and they brought our food out but only gave us 1 drink and we ordered 4. While waiting on our drinks I decided to check the 1 burger that was special ordered and the sticker on the outside was correct but the burger wasn't. Once the guy came back with our drinks, I told him about the burger and he took it back and remade it correctly. While the burger was getting remade I checked my 2 yr olds happy meal only to discover that the 4 piece chicken nugget box only contained 3 nuggets, she was missing her apple slices and apple juice. At this point my husband and I were upset so we decided to just let the guy know when he brought our remade burger back out and go home. Read moreI hate giving a black owned business such a bad review but hopefully the owners read this and are able to use this information to improve their service. I was just at this location and while in the drive through I could not understand anything the man working the headset was saying because he was also carrying on another conversation with coworkers. I decided to give the location another chance at my business and go in. When I came in there were 5 people in line, only one cashier and she was bent over doing something on a register while yelling back and talking to the young lady bagging orders. After a couple minutes she finally makes it to the register and says “next customer” with no smile, no apology for the wait. Once the person in front of her gives her his order, her response is “ha” as if she had not understood anything he said. I immediately shook my head along with other customers and I left. I have been a manager in Customer Service and training since I was 20, so over 15 years and find it hard to look past Service like this even when I am hungry. I pray this information is useful and assists management and the owners in correcting your service problems.

Read moreAvoid this place like the plague if possible. Chronically understaffed, meaning that it'll take at least 10-15 minutes to get your food at any time during the day, but particularly in the morning.
Just picked up an online order that was made entirely more complicated by the fact that the lobby of the restaurant was closed due to them being understaffed. Despite the fact that they should have a way to shut off online orders during this situations, there was also no note on the door detailing what to do if you had made an order. And this is despite there being 4-5 people sitting and eating in the lobby despite the doors being locked.
Three people were lined up outside of the doors, and I had to step into the drive through line with the cars in order to pick up my order, only for me to make it to the pick up window and be told that he didn't see my order despite it already being made.
There are plenty of other McDonald's in the area that you could go to, so I'd avoid this one unless you're going through...
