McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

Easter Sunday March 31st roughly 10:15A.M. Drive-thru. I came and ordered a Bacon bagel meal add extra grill onions and extra breakfast sauce. The drive-thru lady charges me for a "sliced tomato" in place of the grill onions...that's odd but ok as long as you let the grill area know what's what. Then I proceeded to order a steak bagel meal "heavy" breakfast sauce. She charges the extra breakfast sauce $0.65 then then charges me $0.75 for extra "Tarter Sauce.?????" That was a total of $1.10 for sauce, she said just because you wanted HEAVY. So I'm like let me talk to the manger because you're making up your own prices now. Manager comes back with the usual I don't like my job attitude and made better changes to my screen. No sorry for the misunderstanding, confusion, NOTHING! The worst part was when I pulled up to the pick-up window. The girl with lime green night vision vest, is hurrying up placing my drinks in the holder and I'm telling her I don't want the holder so she says to me "through it out I don't have time for this you are running up my drive-thru time and slammed the window...It took everything in me not to get arrested for foolishness. But I hope they keep that same bad attitude and energy when these illegals come and take over their jobs!!!! Being courteous goes a long way. No one asked you to be there and if you don't like money keep your bills paid then quit because the people who is putting their money into this business is what is keep you employed. All the videos of McDonald’s being bad food for your health then to have rude service makes things worse. I just went through drive thru waiting 14 minutes start to finish for 1 tea and 1 burger no fries just 2 items. I was ok with the wait time. It’s McDonald’s- there’s ALWAYS A WAIT- I WAS NOT OK WITH THE RUDENESS OF THE CASHIER IN A MANAGERIAL SHIRT. She repeated 3 da at the speaker move your car up- I couldn’t move ANYWHERE THERE WERE 2 cars ahead of me- now she’s yelling at me to move up keeps saying it- now I’m yelling back. I approach the window she continues talking sassy- I asked for my 3cent change- she says we have no pennies- I said that’s not my fault- she then says- OH WOW 3cent? Really?? I said YES MY 3cent she says pull to the next window- I’m furious now- she brings a nickel up I threw the nickel on the ground it’s the whole attitude and treatment just blew me! I went inside and asked for her name and the manager told me Jasmine Sullivan- LIKE MCDONALDS PLEASE STOP PLAYING THESE GAMES RUDENESS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS VISIT WAS RUDE INSIDE AND OUT. Please train them on your timers!!! The timer starts when I ENTER THE LINE- it’s your fault the cars weren’t moving it was 2 cars in front of me- there was nowher For me to move but on top of someone’s bumper is NOT THE SPOT! The window time was great- your service problem and courtesy ISSUES WAS ALL BACK WINDOW

Their customer service is HORRIFIC! I live 5 minutes a away from this McDonald’s and it’s the only restaurant near by walking distance that I can go to. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since July almost everyday and their customer service use to be decent.When the pandemic happen and they were giving away free meals to the essential workers and I use to get a free meal everyday when it was going on. About 2 weeks ago when I walk in and showed them my worker’s ID for a free meal they said they couldn’t accept it because it’s a paper ID so Im like ok fine because they have the right to do that. When I turn my head to the side one their WORKERS WAS ALL IN MY PERSONAL SPACE! HOVERING OVER MY SHOULDER TRYING TO LOOK AT MY ID AS IF I WAS SOME CRIMINAL TRYING TO GET A FREE MEAL! I WAS SO SCARED AND FELT SO THREATENED AND VIOLATED THAT I STARTED TO CARRY MACE. Like seriously her manger already seen my id so I didn’t see the point of her doing that I was so scared. I work with Covid patient everyday and all I want was a free meal but instead I had to go through that. Then today another incident happened so I no longer go there. And it’s really unfortunate bc this is the closet fast food restaurant near me. And even before the Covid they seen my face at least 3-4...
