McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and two splendas. The order taker told me they don't have "diet coffee". I drove away, and went to 120th and Pulaski. There's always an issue with 103rd and Kedzie understanding your order every time. I see the same complaints over and over on Google reviews with this location. I wonder what the problem could be at this location? 🤔

Just as others have said, the drive thru is a nightmare. You could sit at one menu, as they ignore you and take numerous orders from the other menu.

They do not understand simple coffee requests, orders come out cold, or completely wrong.

Their employees are the rudest, most unfriendly, and ignorant I've ever experienced anywhere. It's not just an employee having an occasional bad day. It seems as though management goes out of their way to hire people with bad attitudes.

The worst customer service especially through the drive-thru I was missing a gulp of coffee I asked him if they could put the rest of my coffee back in there because I didn't shorten my money why are they shorting me my coffee and they filled it up with more ice instead of coffee which was something I did not request it. Then all three workers hovered around the cup which made me suspicious that they were doing something that they shouldn't have been doing to the coffee which made me not want to drink the coffee at all unfortunately.they charge more for syrup and whipped cream in the city here. I've been all over the city this one charges the most. We drive by 2 other McDonald’s that are closer to our residence to order and eat in the restaurant. This McDonald’s knows what they are doing; they are customer focused! We see the same group of customers every morning eating-in at the Restaurant. The owners of this franchise McDonald’s should be the model for all other McDonald’s. We drive out of our way to order from this McDonald’s at 103rd & Kedzie in Chicago. The staff is friendly as well as the customers.If there is any issue that is not satisfactory, the owner has their telephone number posted so that you can go straight to the top of the organization.
