McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

The manager is very unprofessional and rude. And so is the cashier! My mom went through the drive thru ordered a small coffee. The coffee was not fresh the young male cashier turned the coffee pot all the way up to pour the last of it in her cup. So he returns to the window attempted to hand her the sugar and equal that was balled up in his hand. It blew away in the wind when he should’ve put the sugar, equal and cream in a bag. He handed the coffee to her and the top was not secured so the coffee spilled on her and in the car. Instead of him saying pull to the side and saying I’m sorry let me bring you a fresh one. He goes back wipes it with a dirty dish rag what you clean tables with and walks out of sight and then come back and hands it to her. My mom requested her money back and here comes the unprofessional manager asking What’s the problem. She explains the issue and then she gets loud and says just pull over there. Fifteen minutes pass and my moms walks inside to see what the problem is. She then yells he was about to bring your money. As she was walking in she heard her say is that lady still out there waiting and laughing. So she gets mad and says that she is working by herself. Working by yourself or not your still suppose to give your best customer service and the best quality of your product. Reason why I try not spend at fast food so much because they act like they doing you a favor and you spending your money. You food is stale and just thrown together and lukewarm. But when employees order they food they always say fresh please but when a customer requests the same they catch a attitude. If we start spending less money your hours get cut so the service should be great and the food...

Very poor service!! On 09/17/2024. I came to you establishment to ordered food for my grandchildren. Employee Miriam R. Under the supervision of the manager by the name of Jocelyn W. And Camille S.. while taking my order Miss Mariah took the Liberty to start texting someone on her phone,. Instead of taking my order correctly,. Instead of correcting the mistakes she made she went into making a dialogue with me as an argument. She made the choice of saying that she figured I was having a bad day when I was not, not make the situation a bad one, until she started making Derogatory statements!! When the manager heard me complaining she made the choice to come up and relieve Miss Mariah and. And complete my order!! I don't think that anyone that is having any type of problems outside of their job should take that out On their customers, I don't think this young lady should be reprimanded. I like McDonald's what I don't like is when they are short on change and don't let you know so when they give you your change back some cashier rip your change in your receipt so you don't know that they kept some of your money,What a sneaky thing to do after I left and was headed home I unwrap the receipt and realized that the cashier kept some of my money so I go back to let her know she said you came back for 3 pennies I told her it wasn't for the 3 pennies it was the Principle and the you can't not keep any of my money without asking me first they rather keep our 3 or 4 cents supposing to give us an extra 1 or 2 cents just imagine how much over they will be by the end of the day,how dare you all treat your valuable customers like this I told them that is stealing McDonald's don't want their workers stealing from them but it ok to steal from the customer who is not aware that they aren't getting all...
