The manager is very unprofessional and rude. And so is the cashier! My mom went through the drive thru ordered a small coffee. The coffee was not fresh the young male cashier turned the coffee pot all the way up to pour the last of it in her cup. So he returns to the window attempted to hand her the sugar and equal that was balled up in his hand. It blew away in the wind when he should’ve put the sugar, equal and cream in a bag. He handed the coffee to her and the top was not secured so the coffee spilled on her and in the car. Instead of him saying pull to the side and saying I’m sorry let me bring you a fresh one. He goes back wipes it with a dirty dish rag what you clean tables with and walks out of sight and then come back and hands it to her. My mom requested her money back and here comes the unprofessional manager asking What’s the problem. She explains the issue and then she gets loud and says just pull over there. Fifteen minutes pass and my moms walks inside to see what the problem is. She then yells he was about to bring your money. As she was walking in she heard her say is that lady still out there waiting and laughing. So she gets mad and says that she is working by herself. Working by yourself or not your still suppose to give your best customer service and the best quality of your product. Reason why I try not spend at fast food so much because they act like they doing you a favor and you spending your money. You food is stale and just thrown together and lukewarm. But when employees order they food they always say fresh please but when a customer requests the same they catch a attitude. And Camille S.. while taking my order Miss Mariah took the Liberty to start texting someone on her phone,. Instead of taking my order correctly,. Instead of correcting the mistakes she made she went into making a dialogue with me as an argument. She made the choice of saying that she figured I was having a bad day when I was not, not make the situation a bad one, until she started making Derogatory statements!!
