Ordered subway online to pick up at this location. When I got to the location there was nobody behind the counter and another customer had to call for him because they were waiting longer than me. After patiently waiting for him to assist the first customer I Was told that he didnât have my order and suggested I had the wrong location. I showed him the receipt and he confirmed the address but then he told me that he doesnât have the order still and will not make my order. I asked what to do and he told me he doesnât know. I asked him for customer service number or managers number and he told me he doesnât know and to go outside and find it myself. I find the number myself and call customer service to see what is the issue. They proceed to call the store and assist the guy with how to find the order ticket to make my order. He didnât know how to check the orders! My pick up time was 10:25am and I didnât get my order until 11:08am! I will never visit this location again I am completely disgusted with the lack of sympathy with the fact that they had my money and refused to make my order even after showing the receipt and confirmation email that my...

I made a visit to the location at around 10:30 PM and placed a mobile order in advance.
The order was paid for, acknowledged as received and being made. I was waiting in my car and noticed it was taking awhile so I walked into the establishment.
I let the employee know that I had a mobile order. The employee, who I assumed was the manager, told me that mobile orders were not available at the location (?????). I showed him that it was received and was being "made" but he insisted that mobile orders can't be done and nothing pulled up on the system. Initially, I believed he asked me what I got so he can make it free of charge (there was a thick accent so a small language barrier, but it worked out. Once he made it, he made me pay again despite showing that I was charged through the app. I was in a hurry so decided to just pay. He let me write my name and number so he (what I assume) can call me back and work out a refund. I'm really hoping this is the case because I was pretty irritated when I needed to pay twice. I can't speak for the day shift but i came in around 1 am for my food. Generally subway uses scoops to portionalize meats. Instead of using the scoop, This guy has the nerve to grab a small amount of chicken with his hand and throw it on the sandwich and spread it (footlong). Half of the bread was LITERALLY empty. He keeps looking at me nervously because he knows what he did... And I couldn't even ask for extra meat because then he would have charged me extra for meat that should have been on there in the first place. This location is a SCAM. Subway is already an expensive restaurant. Why would you scam your customers like that? My fiance was also with me and the dude also skimmed portions on her.
