Triano's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

Let's start the with texture. The dough is a little chewy and the sauce is sweet. The flavor is good, but nothing to write home about. Pizza is my thing. As a Sicilian American I take it very serious and wont say it's the tops if it isn't. In my culture, no one cooks better tha mama, so if I say Italian food is good, it is. This pizza is good, not fabulous and not a must try. We bought the 20" which is a great size, it was cooked all the way thru and we got half sausage, salsicce and pepperoni/salami. If you are having a party this would be the way to go, especially for the price. Now, will I order again? Maybe if I have a lot of people to feed like today. Will it be my go to place? No. It arrived hot and the delivery man is nice but i think these small places dont get the concept that their face is the telephone person and that their attitude can make or break how someone feels while placing an order. Train your phone people! They should be happy and peppy and you shouldn't have to ask them if something is wrong because they seem crabby or angry with you. I support small business but that doesnt mean you shouldnt...

My recent experience with this restaurant has left me deeply dissatisfied. After placing my order through their app, I expected the typical wait time of 60 minutes. However, when two hours had elapsed, I decided to call and inquire about my order. A courteous lady on the phone apologized for the delay and explained they had become swamped with orders. She assured me that my food was on its way, but as I sit here writing this review, I'm still without my meal.

At this point, I can only assume that my food has been languishing in a cardboard box for an extended period, likely arriving cold whenever it eventually shows up. This extended wait and lack of communication have been highly frustrating, and it's unfortunate that what should have been a simple meal order turned into such an ordeal. Edit(original post below): We had the chance to work with Trianos to fix this previous mistake. I do take back what was said, this time around they provided great customer service and the pizza was just perfection exactly was i ordered and they upgraded my size, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much!

Worst pizza I've gotten. They messed up my order. I was supposed to get a full extra sausage with half pepperoni, but they just split it equally and didn't add extra sausage that I paid extra for. AND to add insult to injury they burnt my pizza. When I called to get this corrected the lady who answered stopped talking after I mentioned my order was wrong and hung up the call. I called again, but they never picked up. If they're going to make bad pizza and have horrible customer service they might as well shut...
