They were a lot faster than they used to be and as far as customer service...they were pleasant. However, my problem is that some of the employees were not wearing their mask, while other employees were wearing their mask while their nose were exposed. I saw three employees with either their mask off or pulled down under their chin and a like two more with their nose exposed. The young lady taking the orders was making someones drink with her mask completely under her chin. Considering the spike in covid cases in Illinois this is absolutely unacceptable. I stopped buying fast food for this reason (scared of how serious employees are taking safety precautions). I will be calling corporate tomorrow. This was totally unacceptable. I could not believe it. If corporate checks the camera's on 11/29/20 between the times of 7:45pm to roughly about 8:15pm central time ( rough estimate of when I ordered) you will see entire faces uncovered. I will also be reporting to the state. Some of us are vulnerable or care for those that have compromised immune systems. Fix this. Read moreI have nothing positive. Long line. Drive thru was even worst. 60 PERCENT OF THE DRINKS WAS NOT AVAILABLE. And my key tag ( FOR FREE FROSTY) for 2 bucks was not giving or a receipt. Called the store and no answer. I visited this store several times before this review. This was the worst of all stores to visit especially if u do not live in the neighborhood to drive back around. The server that was making my drinks scratch her stomach and the other server beat her own head to death ( it was itching from her tight braids.) Cheese on my triple Baconator wasn't melted and my fries were lupe warm at best. 17.27 minutes in line. I enjoy Wendy's and will continue to enjoy the franchise; just not at this one.
