Wingstop — Restaurant in Lake Township

I had a negative experience at Wing Stop yesterday. It is disappointing my visit did not meet expectations. The fact that you had to wait 22 minutes before anyone took your order was unacceptable. Even if there were no other customers in line, the staff should have been attentive and ready to assist you promptly. Waiting for more than 20 minutes just to place an order is simply not acceptable and shows a lack of respect for your time.

It is also concerning that it appeared as though in-person orders were not a priority for the staff. While online orders may be convenient, it is crucial that the restaurant ensures that all customers are treated equally, whether they order online or in-person.

Furthermore, the lady behind the register's comment about the additional 35-minute wait is extremely unprofessional. It is not appropriate for staff members to discourage customers from eating at the restaurant by making comments like that. It is their responsibility to provide a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

Overall, my experience at Wing Stop was not up to par, and there are several areas that need improvement, including customer service and wait times. I hope that the management takes your feedback seriously and works to address these issues so that future customers can have a more...

I tired to place a phone order 2X and phone just rang without any answer. So, I drove to this location as it was closest on my route between appointments. I place the order and requested that it be ready for 4pm. Well, my appointments ended early, so I tried yet again to call to request that my order be ready earlier. Again, my calls went unanswered. So, I drove again. And, when I arrive, I ask them about their phone. The phone is not working. Really. Phone not working at a restaurant. I feel like you should atleast update your voicemail with a message for patrons. So, needless to say, I had to sit 20 minutes waiting for my order. Wingstop, I like your wings. I am sitting here looking at the reviews like… this is literally in englewood (which I live btw) and I’m looking at the good reviews knowing darn well these people never been here ever!!! The only race I typically see in englewood is a few hispanic here and there along with Caucasians. Which I’m not discriminating but I’m clearly pointing out these false reviews from people who’ve never been here but don’t want this store to be under a certain rating.
