This really is the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. I've been coming here a few times a week for the past several months, and every time, the chances of me actually receiving what I ordered is about 50/50. I always order the EXACT SAME THING every day -- a medium iced latte with skim milk -- but I never know what I'm actually going to get. It could be a hot latte. It could be an iced coffee with cream and sugar. It could be decaf. It could be the wrong size. It could have some weird flavor in it I never asked for. You never know!
What's worse is that my boyfriend cannot have caffeine for medical reasons. So when he comes with me, he will order a decaf coffee, and I'll order a regular coffee, but we never actually know which one is which, or if they've given us the right order. Sometimes the receipt will say that both are decaf, and sometimes the receipt will say that neither are decaf. Whenever we question the workers about it, they insist that the order they gave us is actually right, and if the receipt says otherwise, it's just because they "accidentally punched the wrong order in to the machine", and we should just ignore what the receipt says and take their word for it. It seems like they're just brushing us off and trying to get rid of us without taking responsibility for their mistake. A lot of times my boyfriend ends up throwing away his drink because he's not confident they gave him decaf.
My boyfriend could end up in the hospital if he drinks too much caffeine, so the fact that they are so flippant about this really irritates me. Some people have food allergies, or gluten intolerance, or other dietary/medical concerns too. When you work in food service, you should be aware of that. Consistently getting orders wrong and not caring about it is a much larger offense than you may realize. After months of getting screwed over by this place half the time, I finally asked myself, "Why do I even come here anymore?" Today was the last time...
(I also tried to find this place on Yelp to review them, and this location is not listed on that site. I wonder if they removed it due to bad reviews?...
Read moreI recently had a rather unfortunate experience at a Dunkin' Donuts location that left me feeling quite frustrated. As I pulled up to the drive-through window, I noticed that the girl working there had seen me. However, much to my dismay, she completely ignored my presence and did not acknowledge me in any way.
Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to encounter such a lack of basic customer skills. Ignoring a customer, especially when they are right in front of you, demonstrates a severe lapse in professionalism and common courtesy. It made me question the training and standards in place at this particular Dunkin' Donuts location.
Not only did this incident leave a negative impression, but it also resulted in a significant waste of my time. I patiently waited in my car, expecting to be served like any other customer. However, after several minutes of being overlooked, I made the decision to drive away, feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a potential customer.
It is crucial for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that their employees are adequately trained in customer service skills. Treating customers with respect, attentiveness, and courtesy is not only a fundamental part of running a successful business but also a reflection of the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
In light of this disappointing experience, I strongly believe that the girl working at this Dunkin' Donuts location would benefit from customer skills training. It is essential for her to understand the significance of acknowledging and attending to customers promptly, as well as providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
While this particular incident left a negative impression on me, I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the shortcomings in customer service at this location. As a loyal customer, I believe in giving constructive feedback to help businesses improve and provide better experiences for...
Read morebeware - I am just now coming out of a 48-hour haze of throwing up the remnants of my dunKINGS meal as well as fluids long forgotten within my stomach. I have never had worse food poisoning in my life. I know it was from here because it was all I had that day. Pain. Nothing but pain. Both ends. At the same time It didn't help that the girl was pretty dismissive to me while I was picking up my order, even though i was the only one in the store. At the time, I empathized with her because I know putting on a happy face for everyone can be draining. But she barely looked at me and the look she gave me was one of disgust. I am not one to write bad reviews but I have never been so sick in my life, i really thought I would have to go to the hospital if I wasn't feeling better soon. I was throwing up blood and bile and any liquid I tried to drink within 24 hours. I dont know if the fault is on the facility where the croissants were made or within the location, but please practice better food safety because if I was not healthy I would have had to go to the hospital. Also solidified that I can never eat a dunkin breakfast...
