Hi! I walked into the location stood by the counter a couple seconds later I was greeted I replied back “hi”. I have a code and proceeded to give the woman my code. She asked “what”. I gave her the code again to which she replied “do you have it on your phone?” I showed her the code on my phone she said “it’s a screenshot” I said “no” she stated again “it’s a screenshot” I scrolled up and down on my phone to show her it was not a screenshot, but once again she said “it was” The woman who will remain nameless, then asked to see the time on my phone. I scrolled down, so that she could see the counter counting down until the code expires. She put in my order I told her no ice, she acknowledged my request, but still put the order in with lite ice. I asked the woman are you going to apologize several times to which she replied “no”. I informed her she was under the impression I had a screenshot shot code and I told her it wasn’t and I explained to her how I just scrolled up and down on my phone to show her it wasn’t” After explaining this to her I asked again “are you going to apologize?” She said no “I’m just doing my job” I said “ok” I asked for my receipt and said “I’ll just fill out the survey on back. I waited and a couple minutes later I received my order, but my drink had lite ice even though I requested no ice. I grabbed my food which was exactly how I liked it. “Hot”. Departed the establishment and here we are.

Arcy the manager on duty this evening refused to provide an appeasement for her own staffs mistake in giving me the incorrect order. When i asked to substitute all thighs, I opened the box to find half the pieces are thighs. I told her I would send photo evidence or jump on a video call to show her but she insisted I drive all the way back to the establishment in the rain to give her back the food that her team mistakenly gave to me. When I asked for the number to corporate, she told me to call "1-800-POPEYESCHICKEN" and giggled. We'll see who has the last laugh. I will be escalating this incident further through all available channels until I've been made whole!

The drive thru is horribley designed. There's no possible way to get close to the drive-thru window because the way the curbs are and the bollards. Therefore, the employees are forced to reach out like five body lengths to hand food to people. Foods good, employees are great, drive-thru was designed by a child. (See picture. The "bend" in that curve is like halfway between the window and bollard. If you want to get close to the window, you have to drive ON the curb.) Even then, the length of the curb and bollard are way too far from the window to begin with. Not sure what the hell is the point, but maybe a wet saw can fix this.

This location has always had RUDE service and management that doesn’t care and the Asian Indian woman owner is weird and hateful. I stopped going years ago after I walked up to the door about 2pm and the owner lady was talking to her husband and saw me coming and turned and immediately locked the door from inside as I heard the lock turn, and she laughed at me. Her husband looked at her strangely and I tried to open the door and she laughed. I said are you open through the glass door. She shook her head back and forth, as in no. I thought if she’s playing games I’m Calling the corporate office. I said I’m Going to tell everyone to boycott this place. Her husband looked puzzled and told her to open the door. I went in hesitantly thinking maybe they were spraying for roaches 🪳 or some bugs or something.

I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before I ordered and she stuck her head out from the little office, and said; “Are you going to buy food or just wash your hands?” I looked at her like she was nuts and shook my head wishing I hadn’t come here and that there was another nearby location.

I ordered and the 30ish small Hispanic girl taking my order was talking badly about everyone of the 8 people in the small space. I waited 20 minutes and kept looking to see what was going on and realized the manager, the woman and cook were just talking and didn’t seem to be doing any work.

I got up went to the counter and asked if there was a problem with their equipment working. The girl got this really crazy angry look in her eyes and said something to the cook in Spanish and he got this crazy look and bent over and SPIT in the fryer. Then he gave me a dirty look. This place has bad negative energy and should be closed.

The manager, a very large tall black man looked in shock when he saw the cook spit in the fryer and stood stunned for several minutes. He didn’t say anything to the cook or girl.

Finally my order was ready, but I shouldn’t have eaten it and should have asked for my money back.

I’ll never go back to this location again and the owners and staff all need to be replaced. I called their corporate office when I got home to give them ALL THE DETAILS from this visit and others. Go someplace...

I'm a loyal Popeyes goer and have been going to this location for 2+ years as it's in my neighborhood. I have to say, this Popeye's consistently gets my order wrong with missing items. Time and time again. Missing entrees, missing sides, missing dressings. I ask every time prior to receiving my order for them to check to make sure XYZ is included only to be disappointed that something else was missing.

Most recently, I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. At the order box, I asked them to make sure they included butter and honey for the biscuits, and I did so again at the window. They didn't include them so after my reminder, they just put honey into the bag. I checked the contents at the window and had everything, assuming the french fries were in the box with my chicken tenders. Get home to realize the french fries were not in the box with the chicken tender meal.

Sure, I can do a better job thoroughly checking for every single item every time I go through the drive thru including opening up every single box and bag, but good God, how can this continue to happen? Idk if it's just that the workers don't care, or there aren't people checking to make sure orders are complete.

I love Popeye's and I will continue to be a loyal customer for the great food and great prices, but if this keeps happening, I'll go...
