McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Village

Wow. This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. Terrible service, terrible workers, unclean, incorrect food orders, missing food, etc.

The drive thru wasn’t particularly busy. The inside was empty with no customers inside eating. We chose to dine in. There was one customer in front of us, who had already placed their order and was waiting for their food. It took the cashier over 10 minutes to even “get to us” to take our order. She kept walking off, going into the kitchen area, etc. The first customer’s food was ready after 10 minutes, but their order was incorrect and they didn’t receive their drinks. Our parents ordered their food next, which took quite some time for the cashier to do — well over 5 minutes because she kept walking off mid order. (They ordered 2 McGriddle meals with coffee). Again the cashier moved at a snails pace. She kept walking off. She eventually gave the first customer their missing drinks. She didn’t correct their order. My husband and I had now waited well over 20 minutes to have our order taken. I finally got out of line and went to the restroom. The restrooms were dirty. My husband left, got in his car and went through drive-thru, as it was clear the drive thru was given priority. My husband was given our orders in drive thru before the customer who was behind us in line even had his order rang up inside. That’s insane. There was a front cashier, someone running drive thru, atleast two people in the kitchen area. It makes NO sense for the service to have taken well over 30 minutes, the place was not at all busy, and still our orders were not correct. Our drinks were wrong, we were missing an order of fries, etc. Every single table inside was dirty. Every single one. There was a dirty mop randomly in the middle of the dining room, and further from it was a mop bucket full of dirty water. We chose to just eat in our car and get out of there. The food was cold and fries were soggy. Good grief.

In summary, the place was dirty. The employees showed nothing but laziness and incompetence. The service took an unnecessary amount of time. The food orders were wrong. The drink orders were wrong. The food was terrible. A true...

I stop here every morning on the way to work. I normally get the same thing. I sit down behind my desk each morning just before the students come to school to have a moment of peace with my breakfast. I'm not a complainer, yet here I am complaining. Even though I get the same thing each morning, I've never complained when one day the total is 5.40 and the next it is 6.40. What does irritated me is when they leave food that I've paid for out of the bag. This is the third time in the past two weeks. If there was a simple alternative here in Lake Village I'd get my breakfast there each morning. As of right now, I'm stuck with this place every day.

Edit: I know I should have tried to go somewhere else, but this morning, the Friday before Halloween I decided I would do something nice for my kids at school (I'm a teacher). I placed an order on the app and everything seemed fine with the order. Because I have to get to the school, I didn't check the bag full of breakfast biscuits plus my biscuit and hashbrown. Just seemed like as full as it was that it all had to be there. So when I went to hand out the food this morning, they left out my hashbrown and two chicken Mcgriddles for the children. So I explained to the kid that likes chicken mcgriddles that they didnt put his food in the bag. I gave him my sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin but I could tell how disappointed he was. I called to complain, something I never do and the manager answered. She assured me that she was the one who packed the order and everything was in there. Her saying that made me a little mad because she made a child sad because he didn't get the biscuit he liked. This is the forth time in about two to three weeks something has been missing from my order. Im guessing I'll just have to get up a little earlier and either make my own breakfast or stop somewhere else that's a bit...

McDonald's in Lake Village AR is sorry!!! The food is hardly ever fresh!! Well let me change that because it all depends on the manager that's on duty!! Like tonight I just came from there ordered large fries no salt. The fries were salty and COLD!! So I asked if I could get another large order of fries cooked fresh please and no salt... The young lady at the drive thru was very nice she advised me that some was being cooked right now said it showed 2 mins... I said ok I'll wait. I waited for the fries only to get a mixture of old cold and salty and a few fresh... I knew they wasn't right when I seen the young lady lean over the so I couldn't see and take one out of the bag cause if they where hot like they were truly suppose to have been she wouldn't have been able to hold it between her fingers that long... I was in a hurry cold and truly just tired of waiting so yes I went ahead and pulled off cause I'm truly trying to change my ways and I know me when I get n that mood, it's truly whatever!!! But to let all know, Choose the right time to go to McDonald's in Lake Village AR, meaning know which manager gives a durn about the food that's going out apposed to that one that's just trying to get home and get a drink or a smoke!!! And to be perfectly clear the young lady that was at the drive thru didn't fix the second ones that I got, someone else handed them to her after she was asked y was I still sitting there since I had my food!! Then gave her that BS to give to me!! Y'all please choose the right timing for going to...
