It was 10 something (pm), and my cousin and Grandma called them and wanted 36 wings (Parm and Garlic&Plain wings) with cinnomon buns. We wanted it delivery, and they said it was going to be a 40 min wait. We waited for over an hour. My Grandma came and asked is it here yet, we said no and we waited over an hour. We called to see what happend, and this is how it went. We called and told them whe had a delivery order and we were waiting over an hour. They put us on hold. When they came back they said there were no orders that were similar. My Grandma asked were they sure and they said yes. She asked how did this happen, and they said there computer must have went down and the order didnt go threw. They said it happens a lot and my Grandma said that is ridiculous. She asked could she order again and they said they were closed. She was tired of this and hung up. Since it was already 11, it was a little hard finding a new place. We ordered Dominos for cheaper, and it took less time. I like Pizza Hut, but this changed my opinion about them.
