I’m jealous of those who have had good experiences here because each time I’ve come it’s an issue. A year and some time ago I was charged for 2 ordered in the drive through. I paid for my meal then pulled up to wait then the guy poked his head out the window to tell me to back up my car because “I didn’t pay” or “it didn’t go through” so me, not knowing gave my card again and ended up getting charged for someone else’s order. I called and i never got the issue resolved or got my money back. A few months ago I dined in and after wanted to get some ketchup for my leftover fries. I waited in line patiently as there were people ordering in front of me and when it was my turn the cashier literally turned her back to me and started bagging and calling other orders slow as hell. I understand there are other customers but I was completely ignored. It doesn’t make sense that every other person was taken care of but me. A “I’ll be right with you” or “is there anything you need” would have been nice. Now today we went in to order and first the manager’s attitude and tone towards the nice workers who were in training ruined the atmosphere. When we got our food the burger, nuggets, and fries were ice cold. The chili was hot but it was halfway full. And the sweet tea wasn’t available in the lobby. I blame everything on management . Read moreI have never rated a fast food restaurant before but I felt the need to with this one. Today was the third and final time I'll go there. I kept giving them chances even though every time I've been I had to wait 20+ minutes only for them to get my order wrong. Last time I was there, when I finally got to the window, they handed me my frosty and asked me to pull up because the chicken had 3 more minutes. About 10 minutes later, they come out with my food and forget my drink. I ask for my drink... they bring it with no ice another 3 minutes later. By this time my frosty is melted and I get home to find they gave me a single burger instead of the double I paid for.
Today I go (thinking I'll give them one more chance) and once again Im in the drive thru waiting for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the window, pay, wait another 5+ minutes for my food. I check the burger to make sure it's right. It's right this time, great...I'm thinking they finally got it. I get home and get everything out and pull out my Cobb salad to find out they didn't put any chicken or bacon on it. So my $9 lunch consisted of a bowl of lettuce, cheese, egg, and tomato. Didn't think to check the salad because last time I was there I asked for no tomato and they told me they couldn't do that because the salads are pre made. Read moreHorrible experience at this drive through. When I pulled up to the speaker I heard one employee yell at another on the speaker to “take the order”. I placed my order. The employee taking the order asked me a question that I did not understand, so I asked for clarification. The employee in very rude fashion borderline yelled “what kind of fries do you want”. I stated seasoned fries. I pulled up to the take out window and my wife, son and I all heard a woman employee yelling in the back about “she needed a Baked Potato”. The widow counter cashier looked VERY angry (I am only assuming at the yelling that had been going on from what I perceive that was coming from another employee, that sounded exactly the same as the voice yelling for a Baked Potato and the rude individual that took my order). Upon pulling away my wife identified that we only received one of the two large fries we had ordered. At that point we were done with dealing with this horrible drive through experience.
