I received a prompt asking if Dunkin had changed. Imo, yes. However, due to past service I don't frequent nearly as much. This morning I was there & because I can now order from the app I don't interact with staff much. Before when I would order from app it still required me to wait 15min, continually as about my order but today it was fast & drama free
I spend 1/3 of my income for her to be rude. All the other employees are WONDERFUL THE OWNERS TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. Once a week my boyfriend puts $20-50 a week on gift card at this store plus the $100 weekly i spend. And im mot the only one having problems with her I'm just the only one who will stand up for myself. I had filled out a survey to get a free donut with my drink and when I ask for the paper back because she wouldn't take the free donut she refused to give it back and threw it away so I deduct paid for the donut and she would give you the paper back that would have given me the free donut tomorrow when I place my order and buy my coffee at 5 in the morning I visit this Dunkin Donuts at a bare minimum of three times in the morning and once or twice when I get off work add that up at 2 to $3 a cup of coffee + doughnuts and a bear bendable of at least one or two wake up wraps and hash browns five to six days a week or with cash not counting the 22 $50 I use on the gift card that's losing a lot of money I could very well spend my money on the one on Forest Hill which is across the street from where I go every morning but I choose to spend it there because I like Patty I respect her and I respect and like Eric and Jay and all the other employees who work hard to take care of those they treat them as their equal and not like they are better than them and she is no better than anybody else who works construction or out of...

The employee never ask me to leave I simply wanted a refund I was very polite in asking for that refund. When cops arrive she still had my money & drink. Deputies asked what happened & told her to give me a refund & because of her personal feeling about me she ask them to issues me a trespassing,The woman also mistaken me for another customer lying saying sheās seen me before.i never met her before! Itās unbelievable all this over a $2.86 cup of warm tea. The women was aggressive in proving her dislike for me. Absolutely no customer service skills.
