They need to hire better employees. Every time my wife or myself go there it’s always a bad experience. The lady in drive thru is very rude and doesn’t do her job properly. My wife went there to get a bagel this morning and when my wife opened it up it had no cream cheese on it so she went back to have them fix it and they wanted to charge her extra for there mistake. So she asked to speak to a manager and they always say there’s not a manager on site. There never is when they make a mistake. And that’s why they are very rude and don’t care about customers orders. They need to clean house with all current employees and hire all new ones with proper training because now they are putting a bad name on that location and losing customers on a daily. Very horrible. I just walked in a moment ago. Mid-afternoon. There was no one in the drive thru and no one in line inside. When I approached the counter, an employee walked up to the register, but she never made eye contact with me. She was laughing and joking with the other girl who was behind the counter, around 10 feet away. She was talking quietly because they were both wearing headsets, but the language sounded like French-Creole. I tried to be patient and wait until they finished their conversation so I could place my order, but about a minute or more in, they were showing no signs of stopping so I just left. I walked over to the Walgreens directly next door and bought a $2 lemonade instead of the $5 Refresher I was going to buy from Dunkin. He told me I had to take our dog outside in 90 degree weather because she didn’t have her service vest. Obviously I’m not about to make our dog suffer with a vest on so I had her orange service leash which I showed to him but he continued to say no it has to go outside. I’m not about to argue with someone who has low intelligence and by law they can’t discriminate against a service dog. Inform your employees better. Disgusting service and attitude.
