AVOID!!!The customer service WAS top notch. I have been a regular customer for at least a year. I would visis 4-5 days a week. I would spend a minimum of 12-20$ every visit. At times I would spend more. Today I get a regular order for me. When I walked on my front porch the plastic bag broke. The bag breaking has nothing to do with MO. It was just a faulty plastic bag. A bottle of $2.99 juice broke. I returned to COAST LIQOURS, I was hoping that they would replace the bottle of juice that cost $2.99. After I’ve seen them replace an entire Liter of liquor for another customer who had a similar situation. When I arrived AP insinuated that maybe I was swinging my bag around and that was what caused the bag to rip. In over a year I never once had a bag rip. I never once asked for a refund or a return. I never once swing a plastic bag with glass around. I was a customer there 4 to 5 nights a week. Never short on money never asked to borrow money never asked to return or switch items. AP has the audacity to blame me for ripping the bag for a $2.99 bottle of juice that I would’ve figured they would honor by replacing being a very consistent loyal customer. I was expecting no problem grab a bottle of juice will gladly replace it for you… But instead I was told to grab the bottle and then I was ridiculed on how I was the one that broke the bag that he bought, But he continued to pursue that it was something that was my fault and that it’s not his fault if the plastic bags are faulty. I could understand if I bought a $1500 bottle of cognac. I just wanted a bottle of juice for $2.99 that I buy probably four nights a week. He gave me such a runaround and such a hassle over the bottle of juice that I just left. He comes from a customer service background as well as I do. And normally in these situations you would gladly replace a $2.99 bottle of juice versus risking future business. I can guarantee you they have lost my business 100%. I do not recommend going there, especially if they treat customers that have been repeatedly going for well over a year and spend a minimum of $12-$20 if not more. Obviously my business is a zero concern to them or they are doing so well that they can lose business? I’m not sure… I’m not in a position to really wonder about that, but I can guarantee you that they will not receive any of my future business. If you respect customer service I would recommend not visiting this...
Read moreMe and my family are the most regular regulars can get, we live close and will go there to get anything we need including water. However every single time I or someone else I know have bought a large jug of Zephyrhills water it always has an odd smell and taste to it because during delivery it must be left out in the heat leeching chemicals, when I came to return a jug I had gotten for the first time the cashier AP who was working had or terrible demeanor and horrible attitude. I’m only leaving two stars because they have a good selection and the other cashiers are actually polite to their customers and can at least show...
Read moreGreat liquor store you've probably driven right past without noticing. It's easily visible on Dixie but it's got a small awkward parking lot so it's easy to miss. This was the ONLY place in the area that had Cristal Champagne. I even tried Total Wine and they didn't have any. The owner was so helpful, I needed 2 bottles and he only had 1 but after explaining I've tried every store in the area without success he called his supplier and got me another bottle the next day and even delivered it from Ft. Lauderdale. Above and...
