I would just like to share the horrible service and experience my wife and I were subjected to this past weekend. We decided this past Friday on my wife's way home from work to pick up dinner from Fuzzy's Tacos. When my wife got home with our meals. She was already upset over the amount of time we had to wait for our food to be ready for pickup. She had called in her order before leaving her office for the evening. Which in turn would have taken her 35 minutes to arrive at Fuzzy's tacos from her job. When she came home with our food she noticed our orders were wrong. We had ordered the 11-99 beef fajita dinner plates and we're given shrimp instead. My wife is allergic to shellfish so she could not eat this meal. She immediately called Fuzzy's Tacos to make them aware of the incorrect order a food that we were given. My wife informed the manager that she would not be able to return to the restaurant until the following day due to that we live 25 miles away and she was ready to rest for her evening. The manager apologized and stated to her to please come back in the following day and our meals will be replaced with the correct meals that we ordered the previous night at no additional charge. The very next day we drive over the Fuzzy's Tacos to get are correct meals and were denied by management. After 30 minutes of going back and forth I told my wife let's go, I was Furious. This was the most horrible customer service experience we've had recently. Do to the inadequate customer service I refuse to purchase another meal from them. Instead I went down the street to Silver Creek Barbeque and order two meals from this particular restaurant at a much more expensive price. So fuzzys the issue was not the money we can afford your food it's about providing outstanding customer service and giving the customer what they pay for. Your restaurant is new to our neighborhood, but please do not forget that we have many other options as customers regarding who we decide to patronize. Due to the poor customer service given by your management. This visit was our third and last visit to your establishment. We did not feel like our business was appreciated or wanted. Therefore, there are a lot of other enjoyable dining experiences in the Lake Worth area. Thanks again Fuzzy's, for this awful experience. We plan on inform me all of our friends and neighbors on the experience...

Came here because online it said that happy hour ends at 6PM.
It was 5:10 when we entered the building. Once the employee finally acknowledged us after standing right in front of him for 2 minutes, he told us that we couldnt get the happy hour pricing because they changed the end time to 5 PM instead of 6PM. Despite the stores Happy Hour window ad (visible from the parking lot), the actual digital menu above the register, and what was still displayed online saying their Happy Hour deals ended at 6 PM, we were denied the discount as the employee that initially failed to acknowledge us pointed at a small wrinkled flyer that had a different endtime and said "No, it ends at 5".
Another employee that spoke english a bit more fluently attempted to explain that the endtime was recently changed from 6 PM to 5 PM. I expressed that this was pretty dissapointing considering that they literally have the 6 PM end time posted everywhere still, to which neither gave a verbal reply. They just shrugged and turned away. By this time there was only 1 other person behind me in line so they werent even busy.
This was the most unprofessional and disheartening experience I could have had here. While the restaurant wasnt exceptionally clean, it was tidy. Unfortunately for my wife and I, we showed up for food, not just a well maintained...
Read moreWe just finished eating at the Lake Worth location and it was a pretty awful experience. The cashier who took our ordering interrupted us probably 5 or 6 times to ask "is that all?". We sat on the patio so that we could social distance (because no one else was in the restaurant was and Fuzzy's had not designated tables for proper spacing either.) The patio was filled with cigarette smoke, not great since we had a child with us. It took almost 20 mins for our order # to be called...and the food was cold. Legit felt like it came out of a fridge, not even exaggerating. The waitress/bartender was not wearing a mask as she zipped by tables dropping off drinks. I asked to speak to a manager (her name is Jessica), and when the employee told her someone needed to speak with her, she grumbled and said, "What do they want?!" She turned around, looked at me and then never said a word to me. Acted like I was invisible and never came from the kitchen to meet with me. Not once did she acknowledge my presence. I sat back down to finish my meal, assuming that maybe she would come to our table, which she didn't. Absolutely got the vibe that she could care less that a customer wanted to speak with her. My son's dessert was missing also. Which we never got. Overall, super frustrating experience, would not go back and advise you to...
