Tuscany Italian Bistro — Restaurant in Lake Worth

This please was highly recommended by a family member. We ordered take outs: Two orders of tortellini Vodka Alfredo with shrimp and one order of Tortellini Vodka with pink sauce and shrimp. The order was ready on time, it was fresh and the employees were really nice. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed with the food and also the price. We paid $75 for only three orders of tortellinis to go. The sauce was incredibly runny. The flavor was just not there and, the garlic bread was also lacking flavor. Even when we were charged $5.00 per order to add shrimp, there were only four shrimps per order, so we paid $1.25 per shrimp. Not only were we disappointed with the food but when we called to respectfully provide our feedback, we were also highly dissatisfied with the way they handled our feedback. The lady on the phone said that’s just how the sauce was. The family member that recommended them thinks otherwise as she is a regular customer. The staff member also offered as resolution for me to drive all the way back for 30 minutes so they could remake ONLY JUST ONE OF THE ORDERS..!! I love recommending great restaurants and I only offer honest and respectful feedback. I would have probably given them another try but because of their unwillingness to provide a fair solution, I’m definitely not returning to this restaurant. To top it off they didn’t even provide napkins or silverware. Leaving me wondering if they also charge for them. They just lost three potentially...

Me and my wife decided to visit this place tonight for date night. It was our first visit and it was quite underwhelming. Starting off with our waiter it was a young gentleman he was very friendly but extremely quite and it was hard to hear him. I was hoping for a romantic dinner but that was ruined by loud a loud vacuum cleaner as they were walking around cleaning the restraunt an hour before close. I felt like they were going for a romantic ambiance but they had no flowers/candles or anything and the light could've been dimmer but all that aside the food was subpar. I bought the stuffed mushrooms and also the garlic bread with cheese appetizers. The mushrooms cost 9$!! For 4 small mushrooms with some sauce. I was quite angry to say the least. They tasted fine but nothing near the value and they said crabmeat ..... yet it was cheap imitation crabmeat. 9$ for that was terrible. The garlic bread was fine. I got the baked lasagna and my wife got a salad. The salad was huge and she said it was good. My baked lasagna was bad...... it tasted okay but was NOTHING close to what was expected it was essentially a very thin layer of pasta noodle covered in cheese and sauce. Most of it didn't even have noodle under it.... I had to stop eating halfway as I started feeling sick from to much greasy cheese. Bottom line the prices are outrageous..... your getting subpar food quality at...

I ordered two 10 inch pizzas they charged me twice. When I went to look at my bank account there were two charges one for 25 and one for 35. When I spoke to them they were very rude would not refund the money. They violated Texas penal code 32.315. They said I was charged more than the original price because I added extra cheese I am ok with that but they should have let me know the additional charge and they should not have charged me twice. DoorDash did not give me a full refund. Also I was up charged maybe when people order from you you should call them to let them know it is going to cost more than what was on DoorDash. I did not receive a call from any one stating it was going to be 35 dollars for too 10 inch pizzas. I would never have ordered it also why two charged which as of today 8/21 are still on may statement no REFUND.
