Bojangles — Restaurant in Lake Wylie

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Usually the Bojangles cooks do decent. Today though the disappointment in the food was on a level that Bojangles food has never previously made me feel. The decrease in quality of the food from previous visits was unquantifiable and extreme. The fries felt nearly flavorless and the texture was horrific. The chicken in the Cajun fillet biscuit had about the same texture as a poorly fried chicken tender from a 1 star brand and the flavor was as bad as well. The tea was disappointing as well, as the flavor just wasn’t nearly as present. I feel sick to my stomach after consuming this food. My insults to the chef! Whoever cooked this meal did a horrible job. I feel like a Lowe’s worker could’ve cooked a better meal. They didn’t steep the tea like they meant it, they steeped the tea like they were trying to assault my tastebuds!! Eating the Cajun fillet biscuit felt less like eating food for my hunger, and more like eating disgusting medicine to treat hunger. And the side effects are sweating and nausea. And the fries? They put a bad name to fries. They put a bad name to potatoes. Bojangles could’ve hired straight out the preschool and gotten straight up chefs cuisine compared to this meal. If a food critic tried it they might’ve just quit their job. The food was so wretched it felt criminal that they served that to me. Bojangles food today was so terrible, to eat it was nearly unbearable. The food was bad. If whoever “cooked” the meal I reluctantly consumed is reading this review, just know, YOU RUINED...

Despite absolutely no one in the restaurant and the drive thru I was given cold food. Fries were cold and the fish sandwich was so cold the cheese didn't even melt. I circled back thru the driveway and asked for fresh fries initially since I hadn't checked the sandwich. I offered to give the cold fries back and was told they couldn't take it back. After pulling up I checked the sandwich it was cold. I swung back thru the driveway again since there was absolutely nobody in the drive thru. Offered the fries and the sandwich back. I was told they couldn't take it back and to pull up. A few minutes later a young caucasian female came out and asked for the food back. I guess she thought I was going to eat it. When they finally brought my food out they put so much salt on the fries they were red from all the seasoning. I just kept the food and drove off. I will not be returning to this...

I was totally in shock when I drove up to this location. At 7pm the doors were locked, went through the drive thru only to hear that we only have supremes, dark meat and French fries. So I order a 3 piece Supreme box, I said light seasoning on Fries. Only to receive hard dried out Supremes and my Fries were very salty. The customer service was awful 😖. Once I spoke to the manager I was told to park and they would bring them out in 5 minutes. Well 10 minutes later I had to drive back around, only to be greeted by, why didn't you place an order. I said because you told me to park but you never brought out my fries. From receiving salty fries and hard over cooked supremes. It's really sad when you go to a place that supposed to have good food, only to receive poor quality food which is very awful. I warn you to check your food before...
