Gave mainly 3s due to it depends on server how well visit goes. Majority time i sit myself down and it takes 10 mins for anyone to check on me. Went on 1/5/25 at 2:15 and i didn’t get helped for 50 mins and 6 staff walked by me and never asked anything. I was doing work in phone and was starving so as usual i went with flow.
Been to this location handfuls time especially after gym. Coffee is usually burnt tasting or not warm.
If young kids are cooking waffles are barely golden and grits usually cool enough that butter and cheese doesn’t even melt at all. Hash browns i got for first and last time .
People are nice and they seem have good rep with regulars come in but overall they sit and chat for long periods and not checking on ppl coming in or current customers.
Don’t check to see where people sat at tables , don’t check if people need help more then once while servicing. Other employees don’t share with others if someone is at their table they all just look at you and keep moving.
2/5 visits usually goes okay enough that i leave nice tip if server is at least attentive .
Worst part is seeing vapes being smoked right in front you. Luckily hasn’t happened to me but if i every saw someone smacking and eating food them grab my food to give me i wouldn’t eat it. Need to wash hands after you eat and leave restaurant then come back to help others.
It’s slowly better if i go at certain times and try pick out right spot of people who do great job. Overall staff is just so young and careless . I’ve worked customer service in many jobs for almost two decades and i can say i never aloud my teammates to act in such a way or if im lead...
Read moreDine in. Sat at the low bar on the side. Was greeted by a woman. Told me that section was closed. The other low bar had people sitting and with respect to the other customers I didn’t want to crowd them. Told the waitress I can’t sit in the booths cause I am a big guy. She said the high tops are open I told her once more this time I am very embarrassed and very upset. Moved to the 2 sets that was at the end of the low top which I was half way wrapped around the wall cause the other customers and my daughter and I. She lays the fork and knife down and starts to take the drink order and the stops and said you know this ain’t even my section. Thank goodness Ms M came to the rescue. She moved use back to the original seats we went to cleaned it off took my order. Ms M waited on me last Sunday morning at 2am. And I was greeted amazingly and the service was great even had a conversation which the cook when he went on break. So If Ms M didn’t come to the rescue you would have gotten 1 start but Ms M and the cook deserve a 10 star review but gave a 4 just because the First Lady ton plus the embarrassment of telling her several times I couldn’t fit in the booth.

Service is always prompt to get the food order but follow up attention can vary greatly depending on the server. Employee turnover is high based on multiple visits and seeing very few of the same employees. Recently, we watched a female calling out the line orders who kept belittling specific staff, making condescending remarks, and repeatedly checking her cell phone. We asked who the manager was only to find out it was Christina, the person we wanted to report. She was also one of two females not wearing name tags. Christina was targeting an older lady that has worked there many years. The impression we got was this manager will rudely run the server lady off from a long term needed job while she herself leaves the company soon like most of the workers there do.
