Read moreFirst and last time here. Lady was rude and rushed me. Didn’t give me water to drink and they didn’t have lime for the pad Thai, that has zero flavor. The kickers had little filling and more fried wrap and the panang was sent back because it had fried potatoes and barely any sauce for the curry. The Thai tea was good tho. Would not suggest this if you’re wanting a good tasting meal. $34 later and I wish I would have went to the Waffle House instead.
I was never offered the chicken broth soup per other reviews, nor a water and the person replying is the waitress herself. Again good just didn’t have quality taste. I worked in Thai restaurant before, so I know what to expect. I was super hungry and would have ordered more food if it was tasty. I hesitantly ate the second dish (Pad Thai) because I only eat once a day and really wanted to enjoy my meal. You could really do better with how you communicate with customers and honestly I felt rushed because you needed to go get your kids. I just didn’t think you were very professional or polite. Maybe it was a bad day for you. I really love Thai food but this place probably has no real competition nearby so people don’t know how much better Thai food can taste. This just didn’t deserve a high rating today. No hard feelings just observation and facts. I wanted boba too and you didn’t have that either. So my meal experience could have been better. I still tipped you, but not...
Read moreTake out orders only - no problem….mask required- no problem Ordered a fried rice dish with shrimp 14.17 @ around 5:20 on a Tuesday afternoon … food prepared in a timely manner… food temperature acceptable. Female employee … no hello. Given the total and asked to sign a copy of the receipt…. Walks away before it’s signed… I’m standing in a dining area alone signing the top copy….. no thank you. No napkin… no plastic ware… no soy sauce, no duck sauce, no yum yum sauce even offered… because she walked away while I was still standing there… I located the silverware wrapped in napkins - decided not to do that …. Definitely located one lonely plastic fork… no napkin Maybe she was having a bad day . When hungry and spending money … a customer at least deserves a thank you and a plastic fork. I won’t visit there again. I realize customer service is so fickle now and people don’t really care to provide a high level of care to “every” consumer , “ every time”…. Very different experience than what I expected…maybe she was having a bad day…I’ll go across the street to Arby’s next time I’m traveling through there. A soy, yum yum or something like a duck sauce would’ve helped my fried rice dish….but it was good because I was so hungry. At that time of day , on that day, customer service- unacceptable. It’s ok to be professional, even on a bad day. Lake...
