A Hidden Gem of Flavor: Thai Fusion in Lake Wylie, SC

Rating: ★★★★★

If you're a fan of Thai cuisine with a twist, Thai Fusion in Lake Wylie, SC is the place to be! I recently had the pleasure of dining there and was blown away by the wonderfully delicious meal I had called PAK. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat.

First and foremost, the star of the show was the vegetarian spring rolls, which were hand made fresh to order. Bursting with flavor and perfectly crispy, they were a true delight for the taste buds. The combination of fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and the accompanying dipping sauce was a match made in culinary heaven. Each bite was a delightful explosion of textures and flavors that left me craving for more.

The customer service at Thai Fusion was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations based on my preferences. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring a pleasant dining experience for each and every customer.

The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. Tucked away in a corner, Thai Fusion offered a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a quiet meal. The interior was beautifully decorated, reflecting Thai cultural elements, which added an extra touch of authenticity to the dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show: PAK. This delectable dish was a fusion of Thai flavors with a unique twist. The combination of aromatic spices, fresh ingredients, and expertly cooked vegetables was truly outstanding. Whether you're a fan of seafood, poultry, or vegetarian options, PAK has something for everyone. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was visually stunning.

In addition to PAK, Thai Fusion offered an extensive menu with a wide range of options, catering to various dietary preferences. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, you'll find plenty of delicious choices to satisfy your cravings.

All in all, Thai Fusion in Lake Wylie, SC exceeded my expectations in every way. The hand-made vegetarian spring rolls were a highlight, the customer service was exceptional, and the tucked-away location added a charming touch. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Thai Fusion to experience the wonderful fusion of flavors firsthand. Trust me, you won't be...

First and last time here. Lady was rude and rushed me. Didn’t give me water to drink and they didn’t have lime for the pad Thai, that has zero flavor. The kickers had little filling and more fried wrap and the panang was sent back because it had fried potatoes and barely any sauce for the curry. The Thai tea was good tho. Would not suggest this if you’re wanting a good tasting meal. $34 later and I wish I would have went to the Waffle House instead.

I was never offered the chicken broth soup per other reviews, nor a water and the person replying is the waitress herself. Again good just didn’t have quality taste. I worked in Thai restaurant before, so I know what to expect. I was super hungry and would have ordered more food if it was tasty. I hesitantly ate the second dish (Pad Thai) because I only eat once a day and really wanted to enjoy my meal. You could really do better with how you communicate with customers and honestly I felt rushed because you needed to go get your kids. I just didn’t think you were very professional or polite. Maybe it was a bad day for you. I really love Thai food but this place probably has no real competition nearby so people don’t know how much better Thai food can taste. This just didn’t deserve a high rating today. No hard feelings just observation and facts. I wanted boba too and you didn’t have that either. So my meal experience could have been better. I still tipped you, but not...

Take out orders only - no problem….mask required- no problem Ordered a fried rice dish with shrimp 14.17 @ around 5:20 on a Tuesday afternoon … food prepared in a timely manner… food temperature acceptable. Female employee … no hello. Given the total and asked to sign a copy of the receipt…. Walks away before it’s signed… I’m standing in a dining area alone signing the top copy….. no thank you. No napkin… no plastic ware… no soy sauce, no duck sauce, no yum yum sauce even offered… because she walked away while I was still standing there… I located the silverware wrapped in napkins - decided not to do that …. Definitely located one lonely plastic fork… no napkin Maybe she was having a bad day . When hungry and spending money … a customer at least deserves a thank you and a plastic fork. I won’t visit there again. I realize customer service is so fickle now and people don’t really care to provide a high level of care to “every” consumer , “ every time”…. Very different experience than what I expected…maybe she was having a bad day…I’ll go across the street to Arby’s next time I’m traveling through there. A soy, yum yum or something like a duck sauce would’ve helped my fried rice dish….but it was good because I was so hungry. At that time of day , on that day, customer service- unacceptable. It’s ok to be professional, even on a bad day. Lake...

The pad Thai and curry shrimp fried rice are my 2 staples. Both are amazing. You can ask them to add a little spice. I get about a 2 or 3 and it lights me up pretty good. The sesame chicken is good as well. Normally we get take out and the food is still hot when we get home. You can dine in but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are just dying to get out of the house and kill some time. The dining room is tiny and there is only one waitress. It's the same lady running the takeout orders. She is really sweet but bless her heart the service is sloooow. But, if you're not in a hurry you might consider it. My only complaint about the food is that they are a little stingy with the shrimp. The portions are large. They give you a huge bowl of fried rice that tastes amazing, but I usually find myself hunting for shrimp. You can ask them to add more for a small fee. I feel like you shouldn't have to, but overall it's still worth it. If you're tired of the same old Chinese dishes, I would definitely recommend giving Thai Fusion a try!

Went to this place for Dine in and then realized that they only do tame out. The lady who took our order was nice and helpful with choosing out of menu. We had a 15 minutes drive from the time we took out the order. Once came home, food was still warm. Soup was delicious and was not as spicy. Had yellow curry, by presentation it was not that appealing but tasted good. I wish they added some veggies in yellow curry without charging extra. Pad thai also looked too dry but tasted good. Overall aesthetically was bland but taste was good. I also feel food was slightly pricey for the quantity we received. Overall 4.10/5 stars.
